The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. Quail Roost 1 is located in scenic Cosby, TN. and is a one side of a duplex (and completely private!) This is a truly unique spot not found anywhere else in the Smokies. The cabin-feel of the interior and the comfortable King Size bed will leave you rested and ready to explore all that the area offers. Day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, & even Asheville are available! The romantic deck is one of a kind complete with an outdoor soaking tub & pellet stove!

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
