Great last minute booking to get out of the heat. 1 minute walk to the private beach, 2 pools to use, great space inside with a pull out sleeper couch if needed. Highly recommend and will be back again. We live in El Dorado County so stay in SLT often and this is one we will put at the top of the list with the beach access and amenities

Great place! Only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer.

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

We could not have picked a better flat and host for our stay in South Lake. Mohamed was very easy to work with and helped us check in seamlessly after a long drive. The flat is in a gorgeous spot right on the lake. Perfect for kids with a playground, pool and two hot tubs. Also a great sauna that we used when it was too snowy to enjoy the spas. Nice that they have luggage carts, vending machines, ice machines, and a common room with pool table and games to check out. Hope to be back soon!

Jennifer’s home is located in a perfect spot of South Lake Tahoe. The location is just minutes from Heavenly Village, and is in walking distance to the lake, grocery stores and restaurants. Upon arrival Jennifer gave excellent instructions for the home, as well as answered all the questions we had. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and gave you the cabin like feel to it. I would recommend Jennifer’s home to all looking to have a pleasant stay in South Lake Tahoe 5/5 stars will definitely be staying again

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous and spacious home! The thoughtful welcome basket was such a warm and generous touch, setting the tone for our perfect New Year celebration. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. We truly felt at home and can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for hosting us!

We were two families and it was a perfect place to hangout. The three bedrooms with comfy beds and space was really nice. Location! Location! Location! So perfect, close to all the restaurants and the gondola ride. Amenities were great too - the pool and fireplace were great.

We had a great stay at Kate’s place. The place is very spacious and the location is great — a quick 10 minute drive to Heavenly gondola area. The place is great for a family or big group to stay , and with a spacious living room and kitchen area on the 2nd floor. There are some good views from the place and nearby areas. Kate was a great host, always responded right away, left some goodies for us, and was also flexible in checkout. I would highly recommend staying at Kate’s place. We hope to be back soon !

We stayed here almost three months and had a great time - initially we thought we could just come up for weekends to ski, but ended up staying there almost the entire time and barely going home (apologies to friends who had to water our plants). The house is as the photos look, no surprises. I'll also say this is the cleanest airbnb we've had over many years now. We are picky on this front so it's rare to be happy on this. Candace and Justen were very responsive and kind/thoughtful hosts. The living area and fireplace are cozy. The neighborhood is quiet but very convenient (close to the lake and a great walk through the wetlands along the shore, close to safeway/whole foods, heavenly is <10mins). Wifi was reliable and fast enough for work.

The house was perfect for my family’s ski trip! It is conveniently located: close to ski lifts and great restaurants. My family especially enjoyed the beautiful river view. It was their first time in Lake Tahoe and I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation to show them the area and have a cozy place to come back to at the end of the day. The hosts were especially accommodating and all the communication was clear and helpful. The house was exactly as described.

Really cute condo. Had everything I needed. Mini kitchen was more equipped than I expected. I was very comfortable. It was quiet too. Comfy bed too.

lovely place and great area + views. if traveling with little kids you may want to rethink it though, because of the style of stairs are open and a safety hazard.

Great place and location for long weekend!!!

Such a good location with amazing view of the lake. The house is clean and comfortable. The only improvement could be the apartment number at the entrance. It’s hard to read especially for guests check-in in the evening.

Great experience, everything was super simple!

Mike's place was great. It looked exactly like the pictures and we thoroughly enjoyed both the balcony and the fireplace, on the snow days (of which there were a few)! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/appliances we needed, and the full size fridge more than met our needs. Bedroom (and all rooms) were roomy with lots of storage space for luggage. This was a great find, inside the Hilton, which also provided us with an onsite gym and pool/sauna (albeit we did not use). 20 min walk (brisk) to Heavenly ski resort and lots of surrounding restaurant options. Thanks for a great experience!

Had a great stay at Cynthia’s place! The room was cozy to stay in and it was very close to the lake. Hope to come back again! The hot tubs and fire pits were great too!
