As advertised, nice place!

David's Airbnb is a great choice for one person or a couple looking to get away. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars and just a short 7 min drive to Heavenly. I stayed at David's place for a month and it had everything I could ask for. The WiFi/Internet was solid, I did not have any issues working remotely from the apartment. Also David is super helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Great place to stay. Jane was very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out window. She was very nice and fully explained all the amenities in her beautiful place. Great view. Awesome experience! Totally worth it!

Was a short trip for work but was very homey and the towel warmer was a game changer

Fantastic condo!! We traveled with a group of 7 adults (2 brothers with wives, one adult grandchild, and 1 set of grandparents). The condo was perfect for our group, giving us all our own space to retreat to for sleeping, and also a large enough common space for all of us to hang out together! The condo itself is beautiful with high end finishes throughout. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen had great appliances and seemed to have most of what you might need to cook a bigger meal. The balcony overlooks the pool area, which can be a little noisy at times, but also provides lovely views of the mountains. The ski valet service was such a nice amenity. Not having to carry ski gear to the condo was a luxury we didn't know we needed! The condo complex is conveniently located directly across the street to Heavenly Village with easy access to the gondola and several shops and restaurants. The casinos are a short walk down the street as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place. Very clean and had nice towels, blankets. If you drink coffee bring a mug. The cups there are very small. Check that the code to enter the building after 11pm is current, before it's after 11pm. Code had been changed by the property. Host was quick to respond with correct code. After a 4 hour concert, standing in the cold was not fun. :) Overall a great place to stay in Tahoe, really nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful and the property being along the lakefront made it 100% better. Ally was super sweet and responsive. Would definitely book again!

An incredible stay for me and my husband plus our two pups. It’s private and peaceful and was a great space for our pups to run around. Pamela is a great communicator and responsive. The house has majority of the cooking essentials you’ll need. It was a great place to stay!

Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Estos son algunos ejemplos, pero hay más. Saludos

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

A nice and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, with a short hiking trail with excellent views within walking distance (though it involves quite a bit of walking uphill 😅). Jeanine was helpful and responsive, and check-in and check-out were very convenient.

Troy’s place was really great for a birthday ski weekend with my 7 friends, we had ample beds, a hot tub, and a really quick drive to heavenly resort in the mornings. Would definitely stay there again.

One of my favorite airbnbs with the kindest hosts!!! They have truly created an experience for their guests and I appreciate how accommodating they are. We can’t wait to return year after year!

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

Annie's place is in the perfect location to enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe...which is literally just a few minutes walk to the shoreline and stunning picturesque pier! At night there are a few autolit fireplaces that we sat and enjoyed the crisp winter snowy air. The view, ambience was simply stunning! It is also close to town, shops, eateries and Heavenly Village..Perfect!!! The condo was so cozy, especially the fireplace made it nice & warm! The bed was comfortable so we slept well. Its also equipped with all the necessities for cooking. We ate out but was also able to cook a nice meal easily with everything we needed. There was also LOTS of parking right in front of the main building so very convenient. Another awesome perk of this place is that the Sauna and pool entrance are literally next door, just steps away..in the same hallway! I would definitely return to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful and homey stay. We enjoyed it tremendously & hope to return soon

Great stay and host!

Perfect apartment for our family ski trip. Amazing location a stone’s throw from the gondola and a short walk to numerous bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is spacious, clean and modern. Having a ski valet a real luxury! Hosts superb and responded really quickly and helpfully with any issues we had during the stay.

Great space really close to the heavenly gondola and shuttle service (for when the gondola is on a wind hold). Good restaurants nearby. Big open living and kitchen area with good bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome pool and hot tub.

Very nice property , easy to check in, clean , comfortable, great location. Easy to get anywhere . I would stay again . He also made sure every went on at check in amd check out . Great for a family . Loved the place ! Thank you casey

Our family of 5, couple with 3 children loved our stay. The place is 2 blocks from everything you need. The grocery store is a few miles away but everything else is walkable. The unit was comfortable for the 5 of us and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost everyday and had the tools we needed. If you are looking for a less expensive option to ski heavenly, this is definitely a good choice. Our kids really liked the open area right next to the unit where they could play in the snow and build snowman. Definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Lake Tahoe.
