I had a great stay at Spiceda and Joey’s home in Atlanta! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!

I stayed at Elizabeth’s place over the weekend while visiting my daughter at Georgia Tech. The location was great! It was spacious and I thought the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Elizabeth was VERY helpful and always responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again! Easy walk to belt line and Piedmont Park.

The home is beautiful and within walking distance to so many things to do in Atlanta. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, an easy walk to both Krog Street Market and MLK Jr historic neighborhood and the reflection pool , and just a short drive to Ponce City Market (you can actually walk to it if you wanted to). Since we stayed during the week, traffic was minimal whenever we did drive. The BeltLine and Krog Street were super accessible by foot, and don’t leave without trying Bomb Biscuit… it’s worth the hype! Oh and maybe a little less known spot is Miss Conduct, food is great (area can be sketchy if your not use to the city, but IYKYK).

The home was just lovely; better than the pictures! Peaceful and quiet, yet also within walking distance to several restaurants. The hosts had thought of everything we could have needed. Supplies, games and linens were all well placed and convenient to find. The hosts communicated quickly to our questions and even invited us to an early check-in if needed. We felt blessed to have stayed here. We highly recommend this place!

The neighborhood is better than anticipated. Very clean, safe, and picturesque. You can hang out on the front porch and enjoy the scenery. I did. My typical complaint of all Airbnb's are uncomfortable beds. Not so here. Very comfy. The only issue depending on the time of year you come... there is a big difference between the temperature upstairs (hotter) than downstairs (colder). The air works great, but to get it cold upstairs it gets real cold downstairs, which worked well for us since our kid loves it cold. Just a design of the house and physics. Water pressure for the shower could be better but it's fine and I will trade these small issues for the location, neighborhood and comfort every time.

Leslie's apt is situated in a perfect location! A 5 minute walk up the road there is a fantastic market area with great food, bars, a theater, the Illusion Museum and a grocery store. The drive to Downtown attractions, shops in Buckhead, etc is only a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic. Uber is easy to use if you don't have transportation. The city view from the kitchen porch is stunning. We sat out there every evening! Leslie is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apt has an attached garage which was very convenient since we were using a rental car. The beds are crazy comfortable! Each bedroom has its own en suite and the house has central air (ATL = hot/ humid!). We kept the temp low which resulted in one guest wishing that there were more blankets available for use while watching TV. The apt showed some minor signs of wear and tear but overall, it was clean, efficient and homey. We will definitely return in the future!

Iris was such a nice host. She made sure that we didn’t lack anything. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and super clean. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and our kids loved the snack basket. The house is very close to the Marta station, so we could be in the city center in no time. We will definitely recommend this place to other guests. We will stay here again if we’re going back to Atlanta.

This townhome looked just like the pictures. It was clean, and in good driving distance to restaurants and everything else. I felt safe and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bianca’s townhouse! Plenty of room. We especially loved the rooftop patio. The bedrooms were also very nice and the house was well decorated. Bianca is an excellent host - very friendly, communicative, and flexible to our needs. Only one FYI & it’s not a very big deal: if you are driving, be prepared that the garage is incredibly difficult to access with your vehicle. It will be even more difficult the bigger it is. We got in and out just fine, but definitely was a 5-7 point turn backing up. Overall, a great stay and loved how walkable it was to all of Summerhill’s many delightful places.

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.
