Our stay at Mariana’s place was incredible. We were a group of 8 (2 families) and it was very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent most of the time in it when we were at the house. We saw a sloth upon arrival very close to the back of the house. Lots of monkeys and Macaws as well. Mariana went well above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. The only caution is the slippery tile nearby the pool (we made sure our kids walked in the pool area). I would 100% stay at Mariana’s again.

We loved Gretel’s place - it was a beautiful spot and we felt right at home. It has a fantastic kitchen, a spacious living area, nice bedrooms and a great porch. The pool was really refreshing and was a nice escape from the afternoon heat. We also got to see some amazing wildlife close up - we were visited by some squirrel monkeys, a howler monkey, a toucan and a pair of Scarlett Macaws. It is in close proximity to Manuel Antonio National Park and a bunch of other excursions and near many great local restaurants. I highly recommend.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

El lugar es tal como se describe en las fotos, es pequeño pero justo con lo necesario. La distribución del espacio está muy bien aprovechada, la piscina es un gran complemento. La playa Matapalo se encuentra a 600 m y es una playa "virgen" son construcciones, grandes edificios, y estaba limpia a donde fuimos.

This house was a great location. Once we arrived, we had Squirrel monkeys all over the place to welcome us. We saw a ton of wildlife like Monkeys, Tucan's and Macaws. The pool was great to relax in and the outdoor shower really adds to the vibe. There is a market a short drive away to get your groceries as well. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Manuel Antonio!

Geylor was such an attentive host. He gave us the directions and we found the place right away. They had everything that we needed to be honest. Will definitely stay again.

Great location between Santa Maria and Copey. Our dogs loved the secure garden and short trail to the river. Rolando was a lovely host.

Cozy house and has an open plan, so its very open (which i loved) A lot of closet space available in 2 of the rooms. lovely backyard. Has an outside grill which was very nice. Ample bathroom with hot water. The host was very friendly and made our stay amazing. Ample parking. Right next to a lil family fast food joint with a lot of options as well as a little market. Keep in mind, this is on a main road, so there is some noise early morning, but it's manageable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Una cabaña súper linda y bien amueblada, Doug súper atento a la comunicación y resolver toda inquietud. El lugar tranquilo, privado y vista increíble. Tomar en cuenta que en la zona falla mucho el internet en caso de ser un requisito. Recomendado para un tiempo en montaña en una cabaña con todas las comodidades para estar con la familia. Definitivamente un lugar para regresar.

Excelente, la casa muy linda, limpia y ordenada, apenas para unas vacaciones tranquilas fuera de la GAM.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from downtown, yet far enough to feel completely peaceful and disconnected. The interior design was beautiful and thoughtfully put together, and everything was spotless and super clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking in really enjoyable. The host was very polite and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The only small thing we'd suggest is improving the bed mattress for added comfort. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back!

El lugar lindisimo. Si hace frío pero la chimenea ayuda mientras uno esté en la sala y en el cuarto las cobijas fueron suficientes. Ricardo fue muy amigable y contesta rápido. Definitivo volvería.

De verdad que los buenos comentarios de este lugar hacen honor a lo que ofrece. Noemy ha hecho un gran trabajo para que este hospedaje sea perfecto para descansar. Mucho más lindo que en las fotos. Muy recomendado y sin duda volveremos.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation this is the place. Views off the front porch are spectacular and birdsong soothing. Easy to walk to hiking trails.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Paola. Nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un chalet, la chambre avec le lit double est très spacieuse et la literie très confortable. L'espace extérieur devant la maison est très agréable aussi, les enfants ont pu s'amuser dehors. Et prendre son thé à l'extérieur en observant les colibris juste devant la maison est très agréable aussi. Nous recommandons fortement !!!
