Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

A quiet, private space in the heart of a Dorset village, close to the Jurassic Coast. The recently-built Sika Lodge is set within the garden of a larger late Georgian property. It has a private entrance and accommodation on two floors. Durdle Door, Lulworth, Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester are all a short drive away, and are perfect for walking, fossil-hunting, shopping and eating out. 'Apple Tree Bank' a self contained modern unit.

After many years of enjoyably hosting in our main property, we have added this lovely holiday home. The unit caters for four persons. Babies more than welcome. COVID 19 - We have researched regulations. Altered and minimalized fixtures, so sanitization and cleaning can be maintained to a high standard, therefore protecting guests and ourselves. We are set amongst the 'Allington Hills' feels rural, but only a 10 minute walk to Bridport, or 5 minute drive to the Jurassic coast!

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
