It’s honestly the first place we’ve stayed at I Reigate that felt homely and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. The entire place feels warm. Well done David

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

Had a wonderful time staying in the property. The flat is absolutely immaculate, lovely decor, lots of light, great location, two mins walk from the park. Very sad to be leaving. Maria and Sofia were amazing hosts, super friendly, responded instantly to all questions, looked after us during our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s flat near Paddington Station! As a family of four with young kids, it was the perfect home base for our London trip. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to Hyde Park was a huge bonus for family walks and letting the kids play. The flat itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacob was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, which made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

Second time here, nice peaceful and quiet area no to busy for location.

It was a home from home. We loved the fact that it was someone's home and that we were trusted to share it for a couple of days. The books and music collections made us feel that we would have a lot in common!
