Had a lovely Easter break, George welcomed us to his lovely property, great location few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with the benefit of a quiet residential area. The property was just like the pictures, the enclosed garden with a hot tub was a real highlight for all three generations, together with ground floor bedrooms. George was quick to respond and provide help when needed.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

My partner and I stayed at Treetops over Easter weekend for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The place is idyllic and cosy with a real home away from home feel and beautiful surroundings. Sam went the extra mile for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Two other parties of guests were staying in the Shepherd Huts on site while we were at Treetops but we barely noticed, we felt connected for anything we needed but still had plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back, thank you Sam! We'd also recommend other guests do the 40min walk to Henners Vineyard for a tour & tasting - amazing views!

Just wow! We had the most beautiful stay. The annexe is absolutely beautiful. The bedroom has everything you need including a super comfy bed! The downstairs with the bathroom, amazing shower and bath. Kitchen with absolutely everything you would need and more! Sally is the most amazing host- so friendly, kind and clearly an excellent and experienced host, who knows exactly what her guest will want and need! The grounds are absolutely breathtaking & the hot tub overlooking the stream and beautiful views is to die for! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sally! X

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

Tracy's place is the perfect getaway for a quiet weekend. It was a pleasure meeting Tracy and thank you for the helpful recommendations. The place was spotlessly clean. The log burner and hot tub are a nice touch. The local village has all the amenities you will need and some brilliant pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement de Stéphanie où nous y sommes restés 3 jours. Il n'y manquait rien, il était très propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait même des jouets pour notre fils de 3 ans ce qui était très appréciable. Le pack de bienvenue fourni était très utile (lait, beurre,vin, chips, gâteaux, céréales, pain). L'espace extérieur est privé et très paisible. Nous n'avons pas vu l'hôte, il s'agissait d'une arrivée autonome. Le pub situé à 5 minutes à pied est très bien , nous le recommandons. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder) war ganz hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ein kleines Problem mit den Parkplätzen (unser Problem, nicht das der Unterkunft) wurde sofort und vollkommen problemlos gelöst. Super … 👍🏼 Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Der Kontakt vor Ort war so herzlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen und „zuhause“ fühlte“. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei Euch…!

A great stay, lots of space and dog friendly. 5 minute walk to direct to Euston train, all amenities nearby.

We had a brilliant stay! The location was private and peaceful, yet perfectly connected to Brighton city centre and the seaside. The space was spotless and super clean. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive with helpful local recommendations. Everything was smooth and easy, making our stay really comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Nicks place was great. We stayed for a week whilst waiting to move into our new home and we felt right at home. Nick gave great instructions and the house was a nice place to stay

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!

Me and my partner had the best time at Tara’s place, it was peaceful and so beautiful. Tara was very helpful and lovely when we checked in and her dog is very friendly. It was very clean and homely, the hot tub was ready for us as soon as we got there and it was as exactly as described. We had so much fun, thank you Tara!

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.
