The house was very clean in a nice gated neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay at Matthew’s place.

The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Just 25 minutes from the airport and close to the beach and restaurants. Safe, quiet neighborhood and a super responsive host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and welcoming! Everything we wanted, needed and more! Perfect space for our family of 5, myself, husband, daughters (16,20) and son (18). Hopefully will be planning to stay again soon, as family's house was only 5 mins away!!!

When working hard to get to your vacation, it is Greatly Appreciated to have a place that makes you feel comfortable to enjoy your vacation. The Home was Beautiful, Clean, Spacious, Very Accommodating. With planning your vacation and mapping out your agenda, it was a pleasant surprise when arriving to see a home that allowed us to incorporate a place that allowed enough space for having a Gathering to that agenda. We were able to utilize the home as the Meet Up and Game Night/Pot Luck with PRs flavors/ and Specialties. All and All we will be Back And You will be Happy if you decide to stay at this Home. Just leave it open in February, that’s My Anniversary Month.

we did last minute booking and it was the best decision because, the place is just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the pool is at walking distance from the villa. My girls that are 12 yrs old had so much fun at the beach and the pool. there is a bowling alley really close and a movie theater 5 min. away. a lot of restaurants, I recommend Cayó Caribe, the seafood was amazing. thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Recommended for small family with a small dog.

The place is nice, clean, and safe, matching all the descriptions provided. Although it is slightly outdated, it is more than satisfactory. We appreciate the location—it's close to the beach and features a pool and jacuzzi. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a very positive experience overall. Kevin is a fantastic host; he was always responsive and offered useful recommendations for exploring the island.

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place! Great things: -The pool was amazing -Very clean with lots of nice amenities / details -The outdoor patio is lovely for relaxing and dining -Spacious house in general, we had 6 people -Good AC in each room -Consistent hot water -Close to San Juan, many places to eat and beaches Not so good things: -It is a full 10+ minute walk to the beach (the description and the host said 5 minutes, which made a difference to us) -The closest beach is small, as in there aren't stretches of beach to walk on -The house is in need of some maintenance work (painting, some broken cabinets, broken toaster, etc) -The kitchen was moderately stocked, we bought a few things -The hosts were not always responsive, the shower rod broke, and I wrote and never heard back, so we bought and installed a new one -There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom, not too bad, we bought ant traps Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place!

This place is a gem! A large and comfortable home that was perfect for our large family. Safe, quiet and private while located close to stores and restaurants. I look forward to booking with them again!

Loved my stayed in Federico’s house. Many rooms; all with private bathroom for the different family members. I arrived under a major power outage and Federico made everything possible to ensure the house was ready for our arrival. Power generator was definitely a PLuS! Pool and basketball court are just in-front of the building making great for kids and grownups to have fun. Beach was easily accessible with card provided to park at the Embassy Suites hotel just a short 5 mins drive. House is immaculate and TV Family Room was great for movie nights. I would definitely recommend this house for big families that want to have some quiet and family friendly vacation. Looking forward to staying here on in any other of Federicos places. Is nice to stay in a place where host makes all possible to ensure you have a great stay!!

This is our second time and it won’t be our last. The place has a pool in the backyard and beyond that is the beach. It is so quiet. The place is very clean and has everything you need !

Wow. This villa has it all. Great location with many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The beach was great for my young kids and we had the best time exploring the island with this villa as our starting point. Not too far away from the airport but out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The area felt safe. The pool was incredible and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the space. The private patio was a favorite spot to chill after a long beach day. The host was so informative about the area and extremely responsive to all of our questions. Cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect for families.

Fantastic location that is literally across the street from the beach. We stayed in unit 6, which has a large beach-facing terrace and a Blackstone grill. The compound has a heavy duty generator that came in handy when we lost power for ~1 day. Unit 6 easily accommodated three adults and two kids under four for eight days. The unit has the amenities (e.g., towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath/dish/hand soap) you need to start, but recommend stopping at SuperMax grocery (or similar) to buy necessities after the starter kit runs out. Also, buy water! SuperMax does delivery...we had groceries delivered ~3 times. The addresses in PR can be tricky, so for SuperMax, I just listed Calle A/Calle D and specified it's in the same compound as Lester's. Sammy was always responsive and very helpful. We needed a pack and play for our baby and he delivered. He arranged for kids beach toys to be delivered when we asked whether the apartment has toys.

Thank you Sammy! Our stay was fantastic. The house is just as described, beautiful. It is very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was amazing, and clean. Dorado and the location of the house felt very safe and beautiful. We arrived the day of the power outage in PR. We had no issues the house has a generator. We actually didn't realize everyone else was out of power until we left our house. Sammy did an amazing job of sending over recommendations of restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else we could have needed before we checked into the house. It was super helpful. I had a few questions while on the trip and Sammy responded within minutes. I appreciate the quick response and great recommendations. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Anton’s place was exactly as described—peaceful, in a gated community right by the ocean, and perfect for a getaway. It’s a two-story layout with only stairs, so be prepared for a little workout! Anton was a fantastic host—super kind and quick to help. When the power went out (which is common in Puerto Rico), he immediately came over and started the generator, solving the issue right away. I stayed with my best friend and her daughter, and we loved it. Definitely my go-to spot in Puerto Rico now! Highly recommend.

Brenda went above and beyond so we can have a great stay. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor patio area. Next time we are in the Dorado area, we will definitely be back.
