We had a wonderful time at Huynh's place. Besides being a beautiful environment to wind down, Huynh, his wife and the wider community were all very welcoming and friendly. Before our arrival to Sa Dec, Huynh gave me details of where to meet him, as the site is a little way out of the main town (still only a 15-20 minute cycle). He was there waiting for us, and took us to the accommodation on his motorbike, where we were greeted with iced kumquat water (delicious) and allowed to leave our things and relax on one of the shaded terraces whilst our rooms were prepared (we arrived in the morning, earlier than the normal check-in time). All the buildings are constructed with natural materials and looking out from the elevated room you can see rows of plants and flowers in every direction, where you can also wander about. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with powerful showers and spacious bathrooms. The wifi worked well and the site was well-lit at night, so even riding back from the town by bicycle was straightforward. Food was fresh, tasty and good value. We were sad to leave, though check out was equally smooth, with Huynh contacting the bus company to ensure the shuttle bus picked us up and escorting us by motorbike to the right place. Such a nice place to slow down and appreciate!

Great place! Staffs are friendly and professional. The surrounding is peaceful but not too isolated. We could walk to nearby restaurants and convenient stores with ease. Overall, Lá Homestay worthwhile considering its price range and services.

Le bungalow est en bambou, on monte à la chambre par un petit escalier. On est dans une sorte de cocon quand on est là-haut. et quand la pluie tombe sur le toit de feuilles, c'est encore plus extraordinaire. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une salle de bain, et le salon, qui lui est complètement ouvert sur l'extérieur, avec deux chaises, et une table, et un hamac, car le lieu est propice à la détente. Devant la maison se trouve un petit lac, et la salle à manger principale, qu'il faut rejoindre à traversant un petit pont au-dessus du lac, et où Monsieur Huynh (qui parle bien français) et son épouse, vous proposent des très bons repas le soir, donc pas besoin de retourner en ville. Derrière le bungalow se trouve un champ de fleurs, car, oui, on se trouve au beau milieu de l'immense jardin de fleurs de Sadék. Je vous conseille donc de louer un vélo à Monsieur Huynh, car il y a une très belle balade en boucle à faire au milieu des champs de fleurs.
