I spent about 5 days in this accommodation and really enjoyed my stay. One thing I love is the warm toilet seat lol. It is surprisingly quiet despite being very close to main street and love the firm mattress. I would definitely come back!

Very nice host with clear communications. The place was clean with no surprises. Very thoughtful with everything - towels, toothbrushes, water, wifi, etc. I've been to many places and each place is different but it's the communication with the host that is important after you've had a long flight and just want to get in and relax. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming and cozy Airbnb apt, I almost want to keep it a secret for myself! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, offering everything I needed to feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment truly provided a sense of comfort and intimacy, making it feel like a little home away from home. Me and my boyfriend even found ourselves asking each other, “Is happiness really just this simple?” It’s the kind of place where you can just be yourself and enjoy each other’s company. It's perfect for a cozy and memorable stay!

We were very glad that we chose to stay here. Right below is a shopping mall and there are lots of good food. Host respect our privacy and most importantly, wiling to help to solve queries we have. The unit is clean and cost, we had very good rest after a long day.

5 minutes walk to Lotte mall! There are lots of nearby restaurants and bar! This place is great to hang out with your friends and family. The place is so homy and cozy. There’s even a gym on the same floor! Overall, I love this place, will definitely come back!

Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus von Trangs Eltern. Die Unterkunft ist richtig schön, Zimmer sauber und gepflegt, ein riesiges Balkon mit Pflanzen war perfekt für eine Kaffeepause. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause. Wir wurden auch einmal zum Essen eingeladen was richtig schön war. Die Unterkunft ist auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert, wenn man ein ruhiges Zimemr außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum sucht, aber auch die Gegend hat sehr viel zu bieten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkommen.

Uyen’s place gets 5 stars because of the price point. The instructions were very clear which in Hanoi sometimes it can be difficult to correctly find a place quickly. However, regardless of price it should be noted that although the Air B&B pictured and the one I actually was given are similar, the one pictured looks way nicer than the one you actually get. The stairs are carpeted, the one pictured on Air B&B is much sharper, the mattress is on the floor which isn’t a big deal but still, it’s clearly not what is pictured. Like I said, for the price point it’s still a great deal and would recommend.

This is great, spacious accommodation in the heart of the Old Quarter. Lots of sights within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the privacy of the rooms, and being able to step out of the Hanoi chaos into the tranquil surroundings. As previously said by others steps are very steep and would be dangerous for the elderly or children. Thanks for an excellent stay Alex.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! To be honest, it was my first time staying at a both affordable & luxurious apartment and I'm totally happy about it. All I could say is it was amazing! The house looks just like the photos on Airbnb, and the feelings were absolutely great when everything was so clean and beautiful. I'm pretty sure that the host spent a lot of time on designing and decorating this house. We took a work trip to Hanoi, had a stay of 4 people at Long's house and had a really good time cooking, talking and enjoying this cozy home.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Tran's apartment. It is well designed and located in a great location where you can easily access to restaurants, shopping mall, gym and much more. On top of that, the host is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Tran's apartment to anyone looking for a place like home in Hanoi.
