Most enjoyable 2 night stay in a clean, friendly, well organised and homely place. All good - no negatives Andy very kindly sorted a problem I was having with car phone and maps. I now need to make sure to exercise the tips he gave me.!!!!!

We stayed only one night as we went to a local gig but we found the house easily, able to park outside, easy check in using the lock box and concise instructions. The Airbnb was fab … two rooms and a bathroom in the attic (up stairs but not a problem for either of us). The beds were comfy and some nice thoughtful touches … water and glasses and tea/coffee making facilities. Room could have been a tad warmer but we really only used it to sleep and we both felt comfortable and safe. We didn’t use the shower preferring to wash and shower at home, but the bathroom was very clean and lots of toilet roll provided if needed and towels for us both. We really liked the accommodation and our Host provided us with a lovely healthy breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt and fresh bread for toast with proper butter and conserves. We could make our own tea etc which I did. Our Host got it right on every level and we had a lovely time. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Ilkley. Many thanks!

Ian and Fiona were very accommodating and welcoming! All communication and provided information was excellent! 😊 The Old Stables is a beautiful house, and the room with the bathroom upstairs is very clean and comfortable. The place is in a perfect location for all kinds of activities: hiking, walking, cycling, mountain biking, etc. - a great place! Highly recommended, and we hope to return! 😊

Fantastic place to stay for a big group. Loads of room, really comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathrooms and an ideal kitchen/living area. Great garden area on both sides so perfect for young kids. Loads of useful bits left for us in the kitchen and really good communication from the host. Also a great location - good coffee (Humbl) and good drinks (Bottle Chop) walkable in 10 minutes, Meanwood Park 15 minutes walk away, easy access to Meanwood Valley Trail. Would definitely book again!

Highly reccommend. Jane is very easy to communicate with and everything was clean and tidy. The area is amazing and great for walking.

Di and Rob welcomed us with open arms the moment we arrived. They made everything so easy/clear, which banished any queries and helped us settle right in . This was our first time staying with a host on Airbnb; we fear we might not get another as good! Their home was full of joy, art and memories which they gladly shared a few with us. We would happily stay here again (The homemade bread and jams alone are reason enough to come back.)🍓🍞

We had a lovely stay in Buxton! The location was perfect for exploring the area – we visited the Cavern Pool Cavern and had an amazing experience. It was truly a great trip overall. Highly recommend staying here!

We had 2 nights at Butler’s Retreat. Really good and top quality accommodation. Exactly as it shows on the photos and description. Sir Richard was very helpful and responsive in every way. We had amazing weather for February and took a lovely circular 2 hour walk from the property and enjoyed the tearoom lunch at the end.

Great place to stay for 2 nights whilst visiting family. Clean and well stocked with everything needed.

Joy and Richard were the perfect hosts who would chat when you met them in passing, such a friendly couple their garden was a beautiful place and very tranquil. We would definitely stay again and wish both of them more happy guests

This was the third time we stayed in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment while our son is studying at the university. It’s such a comfortable and well appointed place within easy reach of Leeds city centre but very quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Kate's apartment. Firstly, Kate is a fantastic host and communication was spot on prior to our visit. The apartment is well looked after, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Everything has been well thought out and you will absolutely 100% have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the apartment had a 'home from home' feel to it; our 3 year old and 19 month daughters loved exploring (it's a bit of a tardis with plenty of space!) and really appreciated the toys that were there. The local area is ideal for exploring all that the peak district has to offer. Highly recommend trips to Thornbridge Estate and hiring bikes along the Monsal trail. If you want to stay in and cook then it's no problem as the apartment has everything you need however you won't go far wrong if you decide to eat at Toll Bar Chippy (about a minutes stroll down the hill) or Stella's Kitchen located not far from Eyam. Overall, highly recommended. Would love to return.

James is helpful, responsive and understanding! I needed a lot of flexibility and quite a few extensions due to the nature of my stay and James made it so much easier. Whenever something was hard to operate or broke down James would help and fix it on the same day! The flat was exactly as shown and is very comfortable and easy to clean. The location is as central as it gets so the entire city centre is easily walkable and there’s always something to do at a few minutes’ distance. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be my first choice whenever I’m back in Sheffield!

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Juliette and Nick’s loft is a peaceful and comfortable space in a safe and affluent residential area of Bramhope. There is a lovely view through large windows looking out over gardens, fields and hills. The breakfast was generous and I enjoyed the nice toiletries. I also appreciated the plants, books, ornaments and thoughtful touches which made it a homely and welcoming place to be. Juliette and Nick were really hospitable and all communication beforehand was great too. We recommend the loft as a fab place to stay and look forward to returning ourselves one day.

Lynn & Gavin were great hosts — very friendly and accommodating! They were so kind to lend us an excellent hiking map and provide us with walking directions upon arrival. The breakfast was great! Their property is located very close to cute Tissington village and the walking trail. If you are looking for a quiet, remote getaway — this is your spot! :)

5* Bed and Breakfast We're so glad to have found this place to spend 4 wonderful nights. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Karen and Chris were warm and welcoming from the very beginning and took care in showing us around the property which is beautiful inside and out. The room was stunning and had everything you could ever need and the soft and plump furnishings didnt go amiss. Everything was perfect! After a long day of hiking we were able come back to an amazing power shower, a large cosy bed and relax for the night in the nice fluffy robes that were on offer. We were always welcomed with big smiles first thing in the morning and set up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast. Karen and Chris were always so attentive and friendly which made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We loved our morning chats with Karen, it felt like we had known her for years. We've found a little peace of paradise and we can't wait to visit again x

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

Another wonderful stay with Annette and Dave. They are both extremely hospitable and welcoming. Their home is delightful, a super place to relax and unwind amongst beautiful scenery. The best breakfast in the West Riding. Can highly recommend.

This cottage is a little gem! You can really see the owner’s dedication to creating a comfortable and pleasant experience for her Airbnb guests. It’s clean, well-organized, and breakfast is provided. Everything you might need is there—from the microwave to the kettle, and even an iron. The beds are comfortable, and everything is spotless! The little sitting room is lovely, as is the outdoor space. We only stayed one night, as it was on our way back from a trip to Scotland, but we really enjoyed the food at the nearby gastropub and visiting Sherwood Forest—an epic experience for our child, who’s a big Robin Hood fan. Thank you, Clare—we’ll definitely be back!
