La casa es muy amplia, precio muy accesible para lo que ofrece en cuanto espacio y amenidades. Tal cual y como se muestra en las fotografías si visitas esta casa pasaras un rato muy agradable en familia.

Our stay at Casa Andres was nothing short of a fairytale. As previous reviews and the description outline, Robert's home has been meticulously decorated with unique art from around the world. Every day I discovered new details that had been overlooked previously. The master bed was delightful, perfect for the days we wanted to sleep in. The pool was heated to the ideal temperature, and the rooftop patio has a phenomenal view. Viki made a delicious welcome pot of Pozole (highly recommend) along with several other snacks which were greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. Robert's communication was top notch...he's a true delight and highly professional. The location is as good as it gets, close to the Jardin and Parroquia, shopping, nightlife. The fridge was stocked upon arrival. I mean, what more can you ask for? Bravo to Robert for creating a unique, warm, and welcoming home and allowing others to step inside his creation, if only for a short while.

Stayed at Laura’s place for a few nights and it was great! Looked just like the photos, spacious, great kitchen, mini splits in both bedrooms for heat/air, and Laura was very responsive. The neighborhood is super quiet, very centrally located with about a 15 minute drive wherever you need to go. Highly recommend to any other travelers.

This is a very warm and lovely home on a quiet Centro neighborhood street close enough to everything you would want to visit by walking. The bedrooms of the home are on different levels to provide for more privacy. The garden area and fountain in the back are beautiful and calming and the rooftop terrace provides nice views of the city. The housekeeper, Regina, is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Excelente, maravilloso, genial, de los mejores hospedajes que he encontrado en AIRB&B, su relación precio calidad es más que bueno, se respiraba paz, tranquilidad, armonía. Tenía todo, absolutamente de todo, me sentí como en casa, no falta nada, y todo de excelente calidad. El trato anfitrión- huesped fue más que oportuno, respetuoso, amigable. Más que recomendable. Limpieza perfecta. Si van a Dolores Hidalgo no duden en hospedarse con María Mercedes.

What an incredible month we had staying at the Flats! The views from the unit and from the terrace are incredible - from the living room and kitchen there are huge windows looking out at a broad landscape of the city and landscape. From the terrace you see the Parrochia and Centro part of the city. The location was so convenient to everything San Miguel. With the windows closed the only outside noise comes from church bells. Chiara was a great host, always so responsive with her communication and helping with our requests.

El alojamiento fue espectacular. Fuimos recibidos con toda la atención y nuestros anfitriones nos ayudaron en todo al instante. Coincidía a la perfección con las fotos, muy cómodo y Perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Muy recomendable y volveremos sin duda.

La llegada al alojamiento es súper fácil, las indicaciones de la anfitriona fueron muy claras y de mucha ayuda. La zona esta muy bien ubicada en la zona centro, todo aueda cerca y las terrazas tienen una vista hermosa. El espacio y el eauipamiento del departamento son perfectos para la estancia. Se encuentra alrededor de otros departamentos pero nos sentimos como en casa, ninguna persona es molesta contigo y casi no los ves pasar, fue una experiencia acogedora. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí! 😊

I felt fortunate to find such a great place to stay. I was traveling my myself and felt safe walking around the neighborhood and in my lodging. The rooftop had nice views and a comfortable place to sit so I enjoyed my book and the warm weather. The location was great and the lodging was clean and had everything I needed. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable.

Lovely space, we had everything we needed and were centrally located to many beautiful boutiques and shops. The host was responsive and quick to help us when we got lock out of the room. The view from the kitchen is gorgeous and we also appreciated the tea and the soft and clean sheets.

This apartment is a true oasis in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Just as described—beautiful, quaint, and filled with stunning art and charming decor. The location is unbeatable, right in Zona Centro and just a short walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. The rooftop and view were absolutely spectacular—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of the city. The host was communicative and helpful throughout my stay. The only challenge was the hot tub/shower unit—it was a bit difficult to get in and out of, and water tended to leak out easily. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I’d absolutely recommend this lovely space for anyone visiting the city.

Muy buen lugar! Cómodo, cercano para llegar caminado al centro de San Miguel.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado (cerca de la plaza central de San Miguel). Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para sentirse cómodo, poder cocinar (si uno quiere), calentadores en las habitaciones (que son muy útiles en esta época del año), agua de garrafón permanente, habitaciones de buen tamaño con camas cómodas. Fue una muy buena elección para ir en familia y disfrutar San Miguel Lo único que deben revisar es el acceso al agua caliente en las duchas que es limitado(en los lava manos y en la cocina si sale bien el agua caliente).

El lugar está muy bonito y en excelentes condiciones, acorde con las imágenes. La atención a cliente es muy buena, Henry es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación esta perfecta para turistear y conocer el centro de San Miguel de Allende.

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. Excelente lugar para alojarte, lindo, tranquilo y bastante amplio. Muy iluminado.

El fraccionamiento es hermoso y seguro, el departamento muy cómodo y bonito, con todo lo necesario, se encuentra frente a la zona de albercas que es muy bonita , de buen tamaño, y súper limpia , las albercas tienen calefacción , el agua está calientita, chapoteadero y jacuzzi , sombrillas, es un alojamiento increíble, a unos 15 min del centro en auto. Regresamos felices y seguramente volveremos!

Muy bonito lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y en la descripción, cama cómoda y excelente presión del agua para un baño delicioso. Se puede ir caminando al centro , solo que el regreso es de subida. Todo muy bien.
