Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

The flat was well-located and we could easily walk down to main areas of interest. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was super important and this was up to our standards.

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Appartement lumineux et spacieux avec une belle vue, très bien situé pour visiter Menton et les alentours, la gare est accessible en moins de 10 min à pied (idéal pour rejoindre en peu de temps les villes du littoral : Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco entre autres… ou pour aller en Italie, il y a des trains toutes les 15 min environ). Belle balade sur le sentier du littoral qui va du Cap Martin à Monaco. Je recommande l’appartement de Caroline.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. I was initially put off by a couple of reviews about the size of the apartment. Thankfully I ignored them. We found the size to be fine. There is a separate bedroom and a bathroom then a lounge dining area. On top of this there is a good sized balcony with spectacular views front and side over the pool and Villefranche town and bay. We felt it was very good value for money compared to other Airbnbs we looked at and hotel prices in Nice. The pool was fantastic, lots of free sun loungers. The snack bar at the pool was good too and reasonably priced. There are 2 buses just outside the door between Nice and Monaco and a ticket is just 1 euro 70 which lasts for an hour . From the airport you just get tram number 2 to Port Lympia & get bus 15 or 600 and it will take you straight to the flat, it is so easy. Sara is a great host, she responds very quickly and is very accommodating, she allowed us to stay a few hours extra as our flight was later.

My stay at Lorenzo’s place was absolutely fantastic – honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Even before arrival, communication was super friendly, quick, and reliable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. I felt at home from the very first moment. Lorenzo is a truly outstanding host – warm, attentive, and always available in case you need anything. The location is also perfect – peaceful yet central. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here and would love to return anytime. Thank you so much for everything, Lorenzo!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Ausstattung, top Betten, sehr sauber. Kaffee, Biscuits und Wasser als Empfang haben uns sehr gefreut. Die Nächte waren sehr ruhig. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied (plages, commerces, restos…) Une belle balade via le sentier en bord de mer Également, proximité immédiate de la gare ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements ou se garer peut être compliqué (Monaco, Vintimille…) L'intérieur est impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable. Jean est sympathique toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. De nombreuses attentions sont mis à disposition Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable et bien situé pour leur séjour !

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Séjour magique dans un vrai cocon perché dans les collines.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Incantevole casetta a pochissimi minuti da pietra ligure… tranquillità nel verde molto vicina al mare. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort, ottima ospitalità. Vivamente consigliato per chi ama la quiete della collina e la possibilità di raggiungere le spiagge in breve tempo.

Hébergement idéalement placé pour visiter Monaco et Nice. Le logement était absolument impeccable, confortable, fonctionnel et adapté aux familles notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. Les hôtes étaient particulièrement sympathiques, disponibles, réactifs et flexibles. Nous reviendrons assurément ! Merci pour tout !

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura della Sig.ra Vjollca durante il periodo 21-23 marzo. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente profumato, nuovissimo, pulito, e super accogliente. La casa è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, in macchina o a piedi dalla stazione. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. La Sig. ra Vjollca si è dimostrata sempre disponibile sin dal nostro arrivo, rendendosi reperibile per qualsiasi problematica. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza per tutti i viaggiatori.

il soggiorno a casa di stephane è stato veramente piacevole , casa confortevole e corredata di tutto ciò che si ha bisogno comoda ai supermercati e ristoranti, consiglio vivamente.

Logement et literie impecable, interieur moderne et spacieux. Tres bien placé pour visiter Monaco. Hotesse tres agreable et proactive. Arrivée et depart pratique (boite à clefs) Comme souvent à Monaco, pas de place de parking. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking indigo à cote de la mairie de beausoleil. Pensez au forfait hebdomadaire à 74euros, rentable à partir de 3j de parking. Attention, le prendre en amont car apres coup c’est trop tard. Rue tres passante pendant la journee mais calme la nuit.

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.

Giovanni è sempre stato molto cordiale, gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste. La casa è tenuta molto bene, spazi molto ampi, pulitissima e silenziosa. Il punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, direttamente sul mare. La consiglierei e ci ritornerei subito.

We were so happy we found Enrico’s place! It was just perfect! The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and that view was outstanding! Enrico’s communication was great and he even gave us a walking tour for Genoa. The amenities were exceptional. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend.
