Vue exceptionnelle sur une vallée plantée d’oliviers et de cyprès. Très beau toit terrasse pour admirer le lever du soleil sur la mer et le coucher du soleil sur les collines. La maison comprend une belle salle de séjour, une cuisine lumineuse entièrement équipée et deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bains. Deux terrasses pour le matin et le soir.

It sits under the Venetian Castle, up the quiet end of Kapsali, offering you the tranquility of the beach, and yet close to the cafes, restaurants and bars.

Το Paleopoli Country House είναι μια ανεξάρτητη κατοικία 55 τμ στην Παλαιόπολη. Μια απολύτως αυτόνομη κατοικία με εξαιρετική θέα στην θάλασσα και στον κόλπο της Παλαιόπολης. Διαθέτει τρεις εξωτερικούς χώρους άρτια εξοπλισμένους. Είναι ένα πράσινο σπίτι βασιζόμενο αποκλειστικά στην ηλιακή ενέργεία. Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
