Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house in great location. Had everything you need for rest and relaxation. Great access to cafes, parks, public transport , city and the MCG. Thankyou Paul.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

Great Host, perfect for hosting large groups, plenty of privacy for group of couples. Spacious and clean for reasonable price in a big group.

We had the most wonderful family weekend here. Loads for the kids to do with the swimming pool, pool table and TV room. Great space for parents to relax too, by the pool and by the BBQ. Everybody had their own space but we were able to come together in the communal spaces for family meals.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

Very big house with heaps of amenities! Host was very kind and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Rachel and Young were very responsive and accommodating for our needs. We had a great experience.

The noise and inconvenience of the massive building operation across the road. Otherwise it was comfortable and suited our needs to be near our relatives for the special occasion

Had my daughters 21st here. The best place to have a party without worring about noise restrictions. We had music blasting outside and karaoke going on inside till 5am. This place is such a vibe. Everyone asking about it and complimenting the place. Matt was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a thorough walk thorough with everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend for your next event! You will not regret it 💯🔥

Loved our family stay at Frankie and Gills in Kew! A beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very easy. A great space for kids with plenty of beds to choose from and toys to play with. Easy walks to playgrounds/parks and an easy drive/uber to the Fairfield boathouse where we attended a family wedding during our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Nafis’s place! This accommodation is especially great for families – Nafis thoughtfully provided a bassinet, cot, and high chair, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable with young children. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed, quiet getaway surrounded by nature. We enjoyed peaceful walks along the Yarra River and loved being so close to the Heide Museum of Modern Art – a beautiful spot for art and garden lovers alike. Nafis was an excellent host, very accommodating with our request for an earlier check-in and incredibly responsive and friendly when we needed to make changes to our booking.

Excellent location, pleasant and comfortable..

1ヶ月半ほど滞在しましたが、建物はトラム乗り場のすぐ横で中心部へのアクセスが良く、価格はリーズナブルです。共用部分は定期的に清掃してくれます。ホストのコミュニケーションは的確で、問題が発生した際に迅速に対応してくれました。

숙소가 전체적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 필요한 물품들을 다 구비해줘서 편하게 잘 이용했어요~

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes
