The place is well suited to everyone’s need, whether it be a lovely couple or a big family. It is placed rather well, at about 5 mins from the beach by car and within walkable range from Queen Mary’s Castle/Botanical Garden. The host is a really nice, chatty fellow, who was really helpful and clear when it came to recommendations and instructions! The photos of the studio are accurate and it felt cozy and cute while staying there!

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

Locuinta Yvonnei se afla intr-un complex de apartamente , cu intrare securizata, parcare si acces la piscina si gratar. Este un loc excelent pentru a te caza cu copii - mari si mici - si pentru a petrece un concediu mai indelungat. Efectiv, esti ca acasa, ai sentimentul ca te-ai mutat intr-un nou apartament, care este al tau. Un mare plus il reprezinta masina de spalat rufe, uscatorul de rufe pe care il poti instala pe balcon si faptul ca oricat de tare ar plange copilul/copii - nu deranjezi si nu esti deranjat de nimeni. Administratia cladirii este foarte prompta. Exista Lidl la o distanta decenta de mers cu masina, dar si cateva market-uri locale la care se poate merge pe jos. NOTA: pentru o sedere cat mai placuta, luati in calcul sa va achizitionati consumabile (dero, produse cosmetice, hartie igienica si servetele pentru bucatarie) iar pentru gatit exista plita cu inductie si cuptor cu microunde. Curat isi face fiecare, ca la el acasa. Noi vom reveni la Yvonna cu siguranta!

From my perspective, Yvonna's place is a come back. The studio appartment is spacious, pretty clean and well equiped. Yvonna and the managers of the place are very responsive and professional and made our stay a very cosy one. I'll recommend this place to my friends and family.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilien und angebotene Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts (haben uns bestimmt 5x ein Taxi bestellt) machen den einzig negativen Punkt absolut wett. Die Unterkunft ist zwar teuer, lohnt sich aber absolut. Wenn man die Taxen etwas im Voraus bestellt, ist das das perfekte Haus. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Herrichtung:)

Genoveva's apartment is truly amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it to other guests! The view is out of this world and extremely calming! The apartment is much more beautiful than the pictures! The beach is within reach and the town of Kavarna is very nice. The surrounding wild beaches are within 30-40 min drive and one can use Genoveva's apt as a home-base to explore the entire northeast coast. I LOVED Genoveva’s apt and will ALWAYS stay there when in the area and when looking for a place to relax and get inspired! THANK YOU, Genoveva and family for making us feel welcomed and part of your family! We will be back 😊😊😊!!! PS needless to say, the apt is super clean, the kitchen very well stocked, and there is even a trampoline, children’s playground, and barbecue in the yard…HIGHLY RECOMMEND for families, couples, singles, and anyone who enjoys nature, peace, and quiet!

Really nice beach, beautiful terrace with sea view, bathrooms a little too old, really friendly and communicative owner, thank you! A second key would be helpful for bigger groups.

Can't recommend this place enough. 10/10 experience really. Sad we only spent couple nights there, if the opportunity arises will come back. The view from apartment was incredible. Very welcoming hosts, responsive, helped with recommendations. You have a nice beach nearby, a small town with all you need. The apartment was exactly as listed, looked even better in real life than in photos.

The villa was great, and the highlight of the holiday. The local village is nice and quiet with a couple of shops and restaurant. Balchik the nearest town is also very lovely. Maya communicated very well but also relied on a local agent which is where our only criticism comes in. We knew we would be arriving in the middle of the night and communicated this a week prior to our arrival. I was sent 2 different map pins of the location and no street address. I was also told the local agent would be at the property to meet us. When we arrived at my pick of the 3 map pins and called the local agent (at 4am) it was very concerning to learn he wasn't there, didn't really know the address either and could not communicate well enough in English to make any progress. Very nervously I had to approach a property that I thought may the correct one, with my family waiting, and enter it hoping it was our accomodation and not someone else's house. From then onwards though it was great

We have just spent 3 nights with the family and baby here and we have felt amazing. The location is wonderful, the view is worth every penny, the grass from the garden was perfect for playing with the little one...and the beach was 3 minutes away. Just lovely and peaceful!

Very nice apartment with great view of the Black Sea. It is 20 minutes walk to the Botanical Garden. It is a great apartment for a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need if you want to cook.

Bel appartement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé 2 grandes chambres, 2 grandes salle de bain avec baignoire Superbe terrasse vue sur la piscine et la mer Thomas est très à l’écoute de nos questions et de nos besoins Petit bemol c’est la proximité avec les voisins Sinon rien à dire

Svetoslav ist ein toller Gastgeber! Er war gleichzeitig sehr darauf bedacht, uns nicht zu stören, aber trotzdem war er immer da, wenn wir Hilfe oder Rat und Tipps brauchten. Er und sein Vater Georgi haben jeden Tag den Garten gewässert und den Pool gegossen. Fast jeden Tag brachten sie uns frische Kirschen, Pflaumen, Feigen, Gurken oder Tomaten. Und zum Abschied gaben sie uns noch einen Beutel voll Walnüsse.Alles aus ihrem Garten. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und bequem. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und praktisch. Auch ohne Klimaanlage war es im Haus angenehm kühl und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Küche hielt alles notwendige bereit, aber wir haben kaum selbst gekocht, da in geringer Entfernung mehrere gute und preiswerte Restaurants vorhanden sind. Die Waschmaschine haben wir intensiv benutzt. Es gab zwei sehr saubere Bäder, beide mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. In jedem Zimmer war mindestens ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Der Pool ist schön groß, ca. 1,50 m tief und immer sehr sauber. Dazu eine schöne Terrasse mit Tisch, 6 Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Wir haben fast immer draußen gegessen. Im Haus gibt es auch noch einen großen Esstisch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber und frisch und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Man braucht allerdings zwingend ein Auto um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden und weiteren Restaurants zu kommen. Balgarevo ist etwa 8 km von Kavarna und 20 km von Baltschik entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es zwei kleine Einkaufsläden für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apotheke. Größere Supermärkte findet man in Kavarna. Das Haus von Svetoslav ist in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße in Balgarevo gelegen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, ruhigen und erholsamen Familienurlaub hier. Wir können Svetoslav und sein Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Anna ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, war immer gut erreichbar und konnte bei allen Angelegenheiten und Fragen schnell helfen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und dankbar für die schönen Ferien und hoffen, auch im nächsten Jahr, wieder zu kommen. Огромное спасибо гостеприимному хозяину за предоставленные апартаменты! Место в котором чувствуешь себя как дома, уютно и светло. Квартира прекрасно подходит для семейного отдыха. Мы отдыхали в июле 2017 с двумя детьми (4г и 1г). Квартира на 1ом этаже 5ти этажного дома, удачное расположение обеспечивает прохладу без кондиционера в любое время суток. Квартира новая, ремонтировали не для сдачи, поэтому хороший качественный ремонт, мебель новая, удобная кухня, на которой имеется весь необходимый инвентарь, в гостиной комнате полноценный двуспальный диван, в спальне 2 односпальные кровати. Отдельного внимания заслуживает терасса с качелями и сад с розами, диким виноградом и мягким газоном. Прямой проход к бассейну имеется но скрыт естественным ограждением, также можно дополнительно поставить загородки в виде скамейки например (наш малыш не сумел найти выход к бассейну). Проход в бассейн через холл, т.е. надо выйти из квартиры и пройти по коридору. В доме всего 40 квартир и надо иметь ввиду что почти в каждой дети разных возрастов, так что весёлая компания юным отдыхающим обеспечена, тишина взрослым после 11 вечера :) Дом находится вдали от центральной оживлённой улицы - 10мин пешком, до ближайшего магазина 5 мин, до моря нагружённые коляской и ещё одним неторопливым 4ех летним ребёнком шли примерно 15мин. Также по дороге к морю 2 спа комплекса с термальными бассейнами и спорт сооружения, ледовая арена уже открыта, дорого но интересно покататься на коньках на чёрном море. С удовольствием вернусь сюда ещё раз всей семьёй.

Bardzo udany pobyt rodzinny! Zarówno apartament jak i okolica zrobiły na nas pozytywne wrażenie. Spokojne morze, piaszczyste plażę, spokojna okolica i bardzo ciekawe, historyczne miejsca do odwiedzenia.
