It features 2 bedrooms on the main level with a hall bathroom and a master bedroom upstairs with its own en suite bathroom plus sitting area. It easily sleeps up to 8 guests and allows 2 dogs with a paid pet fee. Large screen porch and back yard will be a perfect space for the kids or dogs to run and play. Fully furnished plus has high speed internet and propane grill to make your summer a little sweeter.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

This 1500 SF home is the perfect way to get away from the urban rat race without having to "rough it". The master bedroom and living room offer large-screen LCD TVs and the two additional bedrooms have 32" LCD TVs. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen. A huge rear deck and both fixed and floating docks provide options for watching the sun rise over the river, sturgeon jumping and manatee meandering along. Wheelchair accessible. Fun times!

Coastal Cottage 526 Steinhatchee Florida

This cottage is very near the public boat ramp, Roy's food truck. Steinhatchee Marina, Sea Hag Marina, the mouth of the River and Gulf. We have fishing tournaments or festivals almost every weekend February 1st through Labor day weekend. We have special rates for those wanting to spend their winters in Florida. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum, all other weekends require a two night minimum. We are Pet friendly. Come enjoy.

RV Lot-Gulf Front Sunset View, Horseshoe Beach, FL

Gulf Front RV Lot with gorgeous sunset views. Lot was upgraded in 2021 (again in 2023, 2024) for parking of up to 2 RVs with new lime rock paving, one 30 and one 50-Amp plugin, plus 2 separate water and septic connections. Horseshoe Beach is a small, peaceful, fishing village with fishing guides, boat, kayak and golf cart rentals. Excellent scalloping a short boat ride away.

Located near the Suwannee River and several beautiful natural springs.

Suwannee River Bungalow

Unwind on the shores of Historic Suwannee River. Located near Fanning Springs where you can launch your boat. The property hosts two - 2 person kayaks with access to the river on property. Grill on the camp style grill and sit around the fire pit in the evening. A perfect place to get away from it all.
