location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

My partner and I had a great stay! The apartment has everything you would need for a trip to DC and is conveniently located around the corner from the bus stop where you can catch a bus to all the sites around the Capitol. While we did drive to DC and had a car available, the bus and train system was so easy to use that we didn't really need the car for anything. Our host was responsive when I reached out the day before our arrival about how to check in which was pretty straightforward. We didn't have any issues during the stay to ask the host to help with, but he does live in the building and popped out to the hallway to say hello and check in about how things were going, so I have no doubt he would have been able to respond quickly to any questions during our stay. Is this the snazziest neighborhood? No. Does it matter? No, it is exactly what we needed for a short visit to DC.

This is was our second time here, highly recommended! Richard's apartment is very comfortable and his attention to details what made me book this apartment again. Everything you might need during your stay is available for you. The bedding is the best thing about this apartment very soft and good quality. Bathroom and laundry room are convenient and clean. Even simple things like the coffee beans were good quality.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

Great option for the price in a great location. A 10 minute walk from Union Station and many restaurants. Peaceful at night and a comfy bed to sleep in! The owners do live right above as stated, but it never was too noisy. Just bring earplugs to sleep if that bothers you and you’ll be fine! I also liked how spacious and clean the shower was and it was a plus to have coffee available and a water pitcher in the fridge. Overall, a cozy and safe spot in DC to stay!

Carlos and Lynn's 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit was great. Very comfortable, with good amenities, TVs in every room, a nice, well-appointed kitchen, terrific bathroom towels and large shower, and ample space for everyone. His responsiveness was excellent, and his communication was spot on. I highly recommend this unit.

This was a great space for our little family! It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and the zoo. Having a full kitchen, living room with working space, and laundry were huge bonuses of this spot. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Everything was clean and as described, and had more than enough room for a family of four. It was a perfect place to explore everything the city has to offer, only a 15-20 minute walk from Union Market and Union Station. The neighborhood was quiet, parking was great and we truly have no complaints. I highly recommend!

Jesse's property was exactly as pictured. What isn't pictured is how amazing the location is. Close to public transit, close to stores, close to resteraunts and bars. The beds where also some of the most comfortable we have slept in many hotel and Airbnb stays. We would specifically look to stay here again next time we are in DC.

We loved staying at Dave's place. It was just as described. Clean, comfortable, in a safe and very walkable area of town. Close to main attractions too. We've spent here almost a week and would stay again.

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. A very comfortable, secure and quiet location that was received very clean. Selam is a very responsive host with helpful suggestions. Provided are ample bathroom (shampoo/conditioner and liquid bath wash included), kitchen, and washer/dryer supplies. A fully stocked kitchen with good cooking utensils, knives, and spice rack. Groceries at Safeway is an easy 0.7 mile walk. We enjoyed the Toki Classic Ramen and Half Chicken Steam Bun at the recommended walkable Toki Underground restaurant. The Chocolate Caramel Cloud is a must at the very nearby Capital Candy Jar. Granddaughter enjoyed the large chicken wings with mumbo sauce and the broccoli with brown sauce at Hong Kong Carryout. It is literally a carryout as there are no seats or dining tables. If walkers, it is a nice 30 min. walk to The Capitol, Union Station, and to the U.S. Postal Museum. Our accommodation was a welcome home base during our 7 days in Washington DC. Check out was literally easy-peasy. Thank you Selam!

Celia’s place was great!!! It was very clean and comfortable; we definitely enjoyed our stay. Plus, there were very clear instructions and many things labeled in the apartment, along with some snacks!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

Enjoyed Ida's place - we had a 7 mo and it was perfect for us. We were able to walk to restaurants and metro easily! Highly recommend.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

We had a wonderful stay! Cheryl’s place is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with modern amenities. We loved coming back from long days of walking around D.C. attractions to enjoy such a comfortable, peaceful space. The beds and pillows are ultra comfortable!! Cheryl went above and beyond to make our stay great, such as messaging us on a rainy day to let us know they have umbrellas on hand in the apartment. We stay in lots of Airbnbs and this is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We’re grateful!
