Sharon's home was clean, comfortable, and affordably priced for a family vacation to DC. Her home is walking distance to great restaurants and a city bike station for getting around the Capital with ease. Sharon was extremely helpful before check-in and we would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in DC.

Beautiful apartment that is right next to a bus stop. Fast and easy to get to all of the attractions. Sadé is fast to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in DC! The neighborhood was beautiful, walkable, safe and quiet with multiple bus lines only steps away. Was very easy to get around DC! The home was cozy and completely met our needs. We especially appreciated the laundry facilities, as well as the fully stocked coffee bar! Jenna was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much!

Amazing stay at this rental! Clean, perfect size accurate description! Would definitely stay again. The only issue was the weather was extremely nice and there were people in the surrounding area outside till very late blasting music until the police arrived to break up the commotion.

Staying at Deanna’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Deanna was always available to answer our questions. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Grace was very polite and considerate. My family felt comfortable in area, and it was close to the Metro. The house was large, well equipped, and nicely decorated; with TV in each room.

The house was great for a 2 week family reunion. The home is extremely spacious & the layout (basement, first floor, and second floor) is perfect for a longer stay with 12+ people. Megan was very responsive during our stay and made the experience memorable. Parking was also easy to find on the street. Only con is they don’t have any TVs in the family room. There is 1 in the basement but it’s not a smart tv so you cannot stream anything. Overall my family & I really enjoyed our stay!

Overall the place was great and very clean. It's in a great area and the private parking is a giant plus. It is located in the basement of a house, so you will hear the homeowners/ dog walking around upstairs. We are used to apartment living, so it wasn't a bother for us. The beds and couch were super comfy! Plenty of extra linens and towels. Full size kitchen and washer/ dryer so if you plan on staying longer than a few days you'll have everything you need. We definitely plan on coming back next time we come to DC!

Unfortunately we only had time to stay one night and were short on time so we didn’t get to explore the area too much. However the space was perfect! As other guests have mentioned, you can hear just about everything that is going on the floor above you. But it was not bothersome to us and nothing disruptive or ridiculously loud. The space was actually better in person, seemed larger and more spacious as well. Highly recommend!

Jude and Davida were welcoming hosts. The communication was great leading up To and during the stay. We had a big snowstorm come in on the day we were supposed to check in and they were flexible to let us in a little earlier. The place was easy to check in and had everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable even though it was frigid outside. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the Metro. There were several yummy restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again!

Easy to check in, clean, and comfortable stay for my dogs, myself, and my spouse. Walkable neighborhood. Place had all we needed. Parking was available close by via spothero, but only 2 hour parking on the street.

Place was even better in person! Clean, well laid out and perfect location. Extra touches like fresh fruit and coffee made the place feel like home. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my time at sivenson place. It was as described and well kept. Easy to access with the direction that was given and felt just like home. A cozy place to stay during a work trip. I will definitely visit again anytime.

The “Hydeaway” is a beautiful, historic home in a walkable and accessible neighborhood with lots of amenities and public transit nearby. Gary is a very nice and responsive host and we had everything we needed for a home away from home. The location is great because it’s away from the touristy areas but has food, grocery, corner stores and metro/public transit very close. Highly recommend.

Happy we stayed at Bruce and Vania's home, kind people! 10/10 would stay again. Everything matched the photos and the description. We were able to walk and explore the National Mall/museums without having to take the metro. Parking outside the door was a huge plus. The breakfast that Vania makes is special! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host Mr Mitchell made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived—so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and we really appreciated the great recommendations on what to see and do around the area. It truly made our trip extra special. Highly recommend staying here!

Good location, very close to the Green Line as well. Listing was as described, and the owner clearly put a lot of time and effort into the restoration of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)

Laura and Raymond are so charming and very gracious hosts. I can't recommend the raisin French toast highly enough! Plus the location is so close to Woodley Park Metro the beautiful home is easy to access.

Wonderful B&B close to Adam's Morgan, Kalorama, DuPont Circle. Best for solo travelers or couples. Very clean, private rooms. Excellent and attentive staff. Will stay here again!
