We really loved staying here. It is a nice beautiful sanctuary that feels tucked away from the chaos of the city. The staff in the cafe were so friendly. The food and drinks were soo good. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone staying in the area.

I had a great experience! The location is in an alley which was so quite and cozy. Apartment looks like the pictures and for the host answered my questions very fast. Would do it again next time.

We had great comfortable stay at Kim’s place, nice and clean room. We felt like we are at home. Kim was very responsive throughout our stay, if you are in ho chi minh and want to stay out of city noise than i will suggest you to try Kim place.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.

Top notch place, highly recommend you stay here. We have stayed here multiple times.

The place was just as described, and very well located, as you can literally walk to the main attractions. Huy was also very helpful answering all the questions we had. I will definitely recommend it.

This place has such a unique and modern interior — it truly felt like a home away from home, which was such a treat after being overseas for a while. The location is great, and one of the lovely touches was the free meal and drink offered at the café downstairs for each guest — a really thoughtful perk. The only downside is that there isn’t a lot of natural light in the space, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

Greatly appreciate Linh’s proactive approach. Very responsive in his replies and always make you feel comfortable by anticipating your needs. Will definitely recommend. Will be back.
