Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Viet is the best host ever, the house was just amazing and full with beautiful art pieces and design! It’s near to everything that tourists are interested in, and the neighborhood is also very safe. 100/100 recommended!

Good stay, it was little noisy as there is a school opposite to the building and also vehicles noise may be the windows not well sealed for noise proof, host coordinated very well, TV was not working but host managed to fix it in short notice

We had a lovely stay in Tami’s place. The home was clean, spacious, and had complete amenities. The pictures shown in the listing clearly match the place. It was also surrounded by convenience stores, local food and ATM. Tami was also responsive and helpful before we arrived at their place.

excellent studio Apt located in District 1 enjoyed my stay ! Highly recommend !!

the private room is perfect for location and price. it is extremely quiet despite being so close to lots of things. the room is very spacious and the bed is firm but comfortable. just note it is up a lot of stairs but it means you are at the top of the hostel and it is very quiet and reception helps with bags. there is a free water filter downstairs to fill up water bottles. i think it’s a great location for exploring Saigon but having a good nights sleep too.

Lotus Village is a very well-located accommodation. The studio apartment is clean, remodeled, and has a comfortable bed—all as in the photographs. I enjoyed the room on the second floor, which had a view of the street and a lot of light during the day. Lotus Village's surroundings feel private and secure, even at night. It is a perfect spot in District 7, a more modern neighborhood. I enjoyed the restaurants nearby, and my brief stance in Ho Chi Mihn City was perfect. By the way, wherever you want to go, no matter the distance, GrabCar works fine. During my five-day stay, I just had time to attend the Phu Chau Floating Temple, the beautiful Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theater, and the excellent A O Show at the Saigon Opera House. All the destinations were effortless, and returning to the Lotus Village made me feel at home. The washing machine and dryer also work well, especially for people traveling in short visits. I stayed here for 6 nights and was very satisfied. If the room had better soundproofing, it would have been perfect. There are two large shopping malls located just 400m and 1.3km away. Countless convenience stores, restaurants, eateries, and other essential services are just a few steps away. The room is as described in the photos. The restroom has hot water and is very clean. The host is friendly and responsive.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum Saigons, zu Fuß ist alles super erreichbar und die Wohnung war uns immer ein schöner Rückzugsort! Eleanor war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Das Restaurant unten zudem sehr lecker und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ;) Wir würden wieder kommen!
