We had great comfortable stay at Kim’s place, nice and clean room. We felt like we are at home. Kim was very responsive throughout our stay, if you are in ho chi minh and want to stay out of city noise than i will suggest you to try Kim place.

Pretty good! I like the area, lthe things available here are very local and affordable. The Cơm Tấm around the corner tastes really good, and the people are really nice. The area behind the big school in the "villa" district is also pretty great, with some excellent Phở places. The area around the big Lotte Market is also quite cool. I really enjoyed it and with a Grab bike for around 30k (~€1), you can get to Ben Thanh Market in just 5 minutes. The apartment is pretty good. It has everything you need flip-flops, shampoo, soap. There was even water in the fridge and some small soups and sweet treats in the kitchen. The pool is okay, and the air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix are great. Kim is always available and helpful whenever something comes up. One thing I have to mention and this seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam, I don’t feel entirely comfortable with these keypad locks because I keep wondering who else might have the code.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of seven was very comfortable in the spacious and clean house. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. Our host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect for our plans, and we enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay!

Beautiful space located well in the city yet was quiet and hidden away. Spacious with lots of room and had a beautiful coffee shop below. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone! Thanks again

Lim concept is amazing. The location is lovely with the cafe just downstairs. The flat has great facilities and the whole place is very clean. All the staff are also very friendly and made us feel at home.

Near to Pu My Hung area where is easy to enter the K town! Good condition all rooms and facilities also nice!
