The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. It’s amazing experience, the home which in photo was not ready although but host have arranged some other place which was really nice and that also in time ( good two flat in high rise building ) I really appreciate for the quick response and action He is really was help in all tracking and communicating before arrival I strongly recommending this place

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

A nice room in the heart of the centre, not far from bars and markets. Be aware that there are bars running under the building, so it gets noisy sometimes in the evenings. The fridge had issues during our stay which must be fixed quite easily. I didn't push it during my stay as I prefer eating out, but for others it might come handy. Overall, pros overweight cons: good Wi-Fi, great location, clean and safe, authentic vibe with the entrance through a bar.

Host and her staff are very friendly, helpful and honest with their guests. Also this area is very convenient for travelers.

숙소 위치는 가장 좋은 곳에 있으며 주변에 커피숍, 마사지샵 등 도보 1분 거리에 다 있습니다. 숙소는 깔끔했고 특히 제가 알러지가 있어서 침구류에 민감 한데 알러지에 아무 문제거 없었습니다. 4박 5일간 같은 호스트 두곳을 머물렀는데 모두 만족 했습니다.

we stayed at Tracya place for 4 days, and loved it. very big and clean although we did have an issue with the shower in the bedroom. Tracy did send someone fix it. location is fantastic in D1, 10 min walk to Ben then markets, 8 min walk to backpacker area. there are also many food and drink places very very close by. perfect place for families.

An’s place was lovely, check in was straight forward and easy. The actually home was clean and easy to manage. Any obstacles we ran into An helped us right away with her staff!

Great location tucked in an alleyway, but seconds from great coffee shops, eateries, and convenience stores and walkable to Bui Vien, Cho Ben Thanh, and other attractions. Phong was super responsive. The laundry and balcony were a plus.

There is everything you need around - shops, cafes, coffee shops, a small park for walks. The interior is a little shabby, but this did not affect the comfort of living. Overall, the place is convenient, and I would stay here again.
