Renta de departamentos vacacionales en District 4

Nous n’avons pas pu loger dans la chambre que nous avions réservé car il y avait un problème de climatisation. Néanmoins nous avons été relogés dans un autre appartement similaire dans la même résidence. Je ne peux donc pas me prononcer précisément sur ce logement en particulier. L’hôte est très très réactif, les instructions d’accès sont claires. Il est possible de laisser ses bagages et d’accéder au logement de façon autonome, ainsi que de faire une lessive, ce qui est un gros plus. C’est un peu excentré des lieux d’intérêts du district 1, mais ça reste accessible à pieds. Bien que dans une ruelle, le bruit des voisins autour, et des chiens peut être pénible, mais l’hôte ne peux rien y faire.

If could give it 10 stars I would Absolutely spotless the bed linen was exquisit 5 minute walk to Walking Street, plenty of restaurants/food and massage parlours In the future when I move here permanently I want a place like this!!! Beautiful!!!!❤️👌😁❤️👍

Alice and Justin always provide prompt and precise information while we got some questions. They are super friendly and thoughtful. Places are clean and cozy, also convenient to travel to famous places in this city.

Nice place in the brand new building with all the amenities. Enjoyed it a lot, would come again if we would be back in Ho Chi Minh

The location is the best! We can explore many places just around the corner. Located on first floor, has to walk up stairs but not that much. And because it’s locate on a walking street, it seems to be loud noise but actually it’s not noisy at all. Cars can not get in the street at night because the road will closed but it’s walkable distance from the main street.

The team was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns. Only issue we had was the security on premise was rude but that’s not a reflection of the unit.

Well situated apartment off party street. Centrally located but authentic Vietnamese if you don’t want to stay in a touristic hotel. Host was responsive and available after we locked ourselves out of the room. Highly recommended! Good value for groups or families.

Great host - very responsive and helpful. The Airbnb is near many places that are walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen und eignet sich sehr gut für Familien. Ist sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Naomi ist sehr freundlich und hat all unsere Fragen rasch und klar beantwortet. Anlage ist im Distrikt 1 gut gelegen. Gerne wieder:)

It’s a very nice apartment, we got everything we need including washing & drying machines etc. it’s tidy and clean, quiet. The infinity pool is very nice.

The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. We had all the perfect amenities I could ask for. The pool was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions within minutes. Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold her! Lejligheden var skøn og servicen var i top – vi fik god og hurtig hjælp både ved ind- og udtjekning. Beliggenheden er i et spændende og autentisk kvarter, hvor man får et indblik i det lokale liv – både det mere beskedne og det lidt mere velhavende. Man skal være forberedt på at tage en Grab for at komme til de fleste restauranter og seværdigheder, men det fungerede helt problemfrit for os. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, og vi vil helt klart anbefale stedet til andre!

A wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very spacious, and the society is peaceful and pleasant. The hosts were extremely supportive and accommodating.

I went to Saigon with a friend, and we decided to stay close to the District 1 and this place was amazing, we could go to almost everywhere in 10-15 min walking. Hannah, gave us a lot of recommendations around and with that, the trip became a way easier. We had a great time
