Great value for the price. The apartment is located in a superb location. It is near a quite busy intersection so do not expect peaceful environment ;) The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The host were absolutely welcoming and cooperating. Very quick response to our needs. We had few minor technical issues but those were instantly resolved. Great job!

Apartment is located at the center of District 1 and some of the major attractions are well within walking distance. The apartment is generally clean, although there were some wet towels in the washing machine and the toilet. Host was responsive and helpful in resolving our issues. My toddler son enjoyed the stay and we will choose to stay in this place again if we were to come back to HCM City.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property! The entrance lobby and staircase have a unique (and slightly dodgy) charm, but once you step into the room, it’s a completely different vibe—modern, cozy, and well-designed. The owner was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly. The smart home features made the stay even more enjoyable, adding a touch of entertainment and convenience. After a long day exploring the bustling city, the bathtub was a great way to unwind. However, the hot water could be improved, as it wasn’t quite warm enough for a proper soak. The bed was decent, but adding more pillows and a cozier blanket would make it even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Overall, it was an excellent stay from checkin to checkout. During my stay, the apartment was cleaned the same day I requested it. There was also a steamer in one of the bedrooms, which I made good use of!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Airbnb hatte eine perfekte Lage, sie war etwas ruhiger gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wie fast alle vietnamesischen Unterkünfte war die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Aber das ist normal.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest
