This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

Everything was tidy and clean. Checkin went smoothly and host was very helpful if you had any questions.

Top notch place, highly recommend you stay here. We have stayed here multiple times.

Ik heb het hier heerlijk gehad! De ruimte mocht ietjes schoner (wat stoffig boven de koelkast), maar al met al, was het super goed!! Heerlijk comfy, schattig en op een perfecte locatie!

The hosts were incredible! They were very responsive and helpful to all my inquiries. They made sure our check-in and arrival were smooth by giving out comprehensive instructions on how to get to their place. The place was very spacious, homey, and clean. We had no issues with anything at all except for the bathroom door which was hard to close but that's just a minor issue. Overall, we were very comfortable at their place since they made it feel like home.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Vietnam! Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I felt right at home. The host was responsive and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vietnam!

Great location and easily accessible. Loads of great eateries and attractions around. A lovely pool, gym and rooftop view. Large space and big kitchen.

Checking in was very easy with the provided instructions. The room we had matched the photos provided and was clean throughout. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted/needed but also just off the main road and behind a locked gate which made the room quiet and us feel nice and safe. Communication with the host was easy and he was very helpful and provided information on the city. Laundry was a huge plus and much appreciated too. If we returned, I’d have no doubt rebooking with Ben.

The location is the best! We can explore many places just around the corner. Located on first floor, has to walk up stairs but not that much. And because it’s locate on a walking street, it seems to be loud noise but actually it’s not noisy at all. Cars can not get in the street at night because the road will closed but it’s walkable distance from the main street.

From the get go, Tin was extremely communicative and responsive. When there was anything I wanted to ask about or required, I could trust that it was handled as soon as I messaged Tin. The location is truly the biggest bonus, it is surrounded by many cafes and all the stores that are required. Travel into the city centre is also incredibly easy, and catching a grab was also great with the tower guards who were constantly directing taxis and making our travels easier. Would highly recommend booking a stay with Tin!

Le lieu est superbe, accessible à tout, possédant un charme sans nul autre pareil, typique du Vietnam. Tram est lui aussi bien plus qu’un simple hôte, il deviendra, du moins le temps de cette étape, un membre à part entière de votre famille. The team at the AirBNB was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There were clear instructions for your stay. It was nice having free water and light chips and nuts available. The patient I ate pool was nice to have to take a quick dip into. Overall would recommend the stay at this place.

Good location. The host allowed us to store our luggage in the basement prior to check in. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

Excellent choice for Saigon. You cannot beat the location. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance including several Michelin rated venues. There are convenience store also close by. The apartment is wonderful. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. It is very well maintained. It is great for a long term stay. The building is new and very high end. The pool area on the top floor is amazing. This should be your first choice for a stay in Saigon. Only note of caution, the elevator system required a key card. You cannot operate the elevator without the key card. They typically supply two cards. Depending on your group size request extra keys when you book..

This place is exactly as described and in a great location. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops in such a short distance. very peaceful. Our host was so friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries during our stay. highly recommend!

Annie was a responsive host. We organised airport transfer with her and that made our trip seamless and stress free. The apartment building had great facilities with a lovely rooftop deep pool and moderate gym. The apartment was mostly clean but not 100% spotless but still was very good. The shower head and bathtub require maintenance as one shower head can’t be mounted and the other shower head was flimsy. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walking to diamond plaza, book street, cathedral. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Had a great stay - nested above a quiet coffee shop in a local back alley, but once you walk out into the main street there are great lots to see/eat, even well into the late night. The accommodation itself was stylish, clean, and cozy, perfect for couples.

Thao's place was very spacious and clean. The communal swimming pool in the complex is impressive, spanning about 50m long. There is a bbq and seating area for free usage, as well as gym and yoga classes available for a fee. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is easily accessible by foot. We enjoyed our stay as it was comfortable and everything needed is within close proximity. Thao was very helpful and assisted with all our needs. We will choose to stay here again next time!

very strategic location, walking distance of everything, three rooms easly house our group of five adults and two kids. furnishing, bathroom, kitchen rightfully does the job. a/c well performed. water gallons provided. excellent, communication, instructions and support. will defo recommend to friends and families.
