Matthew's room was squeaky clean with updated modern fixtures and vanity in d bathroom. Comfortable bed, cold A/C, plenty of towels, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen was outfitted nicely with plates, silverware, glasses and bowls. Matthew was a great responsive host that was flexible and willing to accommodate our special requests. We will definitely stay in Matthew's room again next time we dey a Ochi!

My husband and I had a great time . This location was in the center of the town, which made it easy for us to move around . The room was clean and beautiful, we had all the essentials we needed . Cozy bed was a plus . Overall a very awesome experience

Doreen went out of her way to make sure we could find the location easily, she came to show me the place around, the place was beautiful, the cleanest apartment and pool I’ve seen in many years traveling to Jamaica! The view is breathtaking, even better than the photos!! Can’t wait to come back :)

I had an amazing stay at Luxury Escape. The space was was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels made it feel like home. Sanjae was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Sharon has a great Airbnb villa in St Ann that sits beachfront inside an amenity filled community that looks and feels like it’s from a top travel magazine. She is very friendly and responsive making sure that her guests have a great overall experience. Michelle who works on Sharon’s team served as the house manager and chef during our stay and was fantastic at making us feel right at home and her home cooked meals were some of the best. Would highly recommend for any group or family looking to have a great tropical vacation in beautiful Jamaica!!

We had such an amazing stay at Suzy’s place! The grounds are beautiful and Ms. Arlene is a blessing. She is very kind and accommodating. The meals she cooks are beyond delicious! The location is not close to downtown so having a taxi is a must. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Nate (the driver) was very helpful and always accommodating too! Thank you Suzy, Ms.Arlene, and Nate for a great stay! We will be back! 💖

10/10 Home was just as described. Older home with rich character but new amenities. Host was wonderful and took care of us better than family . Yvonne the chef and house cleaner was warm and friendly. Connected us with Kevin the driver who we adored. This was a peaceful birthday trip. Im grateful for the hospitality of the host. Felt like we were at home. We will return soon and bring the kids. More than enough space, pool was a salt water pool that was cleaned daily. A good vacation is one where you plan to return ..we will be back!!

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb for the three weeks I was there. Chad and Tashika were fantastic hosts, always quick to address any concerns I had, and equally prompt in notifying me of anything on their end. Their responsiveness really added to the overall experience. The only thing I’d mention is that the place can get quite hot, and to potentially help with this while lowering the use of the air conditioning, small fans in each room might be a great addition. It could help reduce electricity costs without compromising comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! Diana, the cohost, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire visit. She was always available for any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Her warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference. Also, the chef was amazing—the food was delicious and such a treat to enjoy during our stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This Airbnb was everything that me and my family were looking for to spend the holidays. The host was amazing with response time before coming to Jamaica and while we were there. No crowded beach or pool was also amazing. Perfect distance from grocery store and restaurants as well. I’ll look forward to booking this Airbnb again in the future.

Overall, I really liked the place. My whole family was able to stay very simply it was let us stairs, so must have the ability to walk up many stairs to get to the room. Also, the water heater switch was something that I figured out just being In Jamaica a lot it wasn’t necessarily something told to me so I think a part of the instruction should be turn on the water heater an hour before you need the water to be hot cause I took two days of cold showers before figuring out the timing of the water heater. There was only 1 remote for the ACs & the entire place so some people ended up sleeping & freezing because another person had the one remote in their room and they didn’t want to disturb them so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the place was super neat super clean. The beds were great & she was a great host. I would definitely say that the veranda’s were dirty and the main reason we chose this spot was because we’d be able to walk into the beach but couldn't bc algae.

We are frequent visitors of Jamaica and we've always stayed in Airbnbs. I can attest that The Parion condo is easily in our top places to stay. You can tell the host cares about her guests by the small details added for comfort. Miss Paris has thought of everything that would make for an awesome stay! There was a welcome sign & a handwritten note (so classy!) Her condo was very clean and it smelled great. She made sure to provide detailed instructions on the location of the unit, how to access it and how to work tv and appliances. It was just enough space for the two of us to relax and enjoy. We loved the location because we could walk to many places to eat, pick up fruits and enjoy the local scenery. The view from the condo overlooked the water (which we saw a close up of a cruise ship during our stay) and a view of the grounds by the pool. 10/10 accommodations & 10/10 host.

We had a wonderful stay. Maxine is a great host. The condo is very nice and in a good location. Air BnB messed up on the distance to the beach. It’s really only about a 3 minute walk to Mahogany Beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maxine’s condo to anyone. Thanks Maxine.

Love the place especially the rooftop… I had a good peaceful rest on the rooftop…. Good view of the beach. It felt like home away from home but better … thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The stairs was a workout but well worth it…

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay!
