We stayed for a weekend and it was WONDERFUL! The kitchen was gorgeous, the bathroom upstairs was so awesome. Loved the soaker tub and spa room. Parking was easy and everything was communicated very well. There was some work being done downstairs that got pretty loud at times but it was only for a few hours and in the middle of the day. The only thing I can think to improve of it adding blinds/curtains to the downstairs windows. The natural light was lovely but it would have been nice to have the option. Will absolutely book here again if we're in town.

It’s my second stay at Austin’s. He’s very responsive and extremely helpful. His place is absolutely pristine , it’s quiet but also very close to all major attractions. This won’t be my last time staying here.

This is probably the cutest Airbnb in Moncton, so if you see it available during your dates, don’t hesitate to book. The basement unit was incredibly clean, private, and decorated very well. The washer and dryer was great to have too in case you go through too many sets of workout clothes from the adventures you will have nearby. Not to mention, you’re about a kilometre away from good breweries and bars, including Tire Shack Brewing and Soeur Claudette.

This is a smaller basement apartment. Very nice , cozy , clean and everything you need . Perfect for 2-3 people. Bathroom is a bit small but certainly all you need . Kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, hot plate and toaster oven . Location is just off main street in Riverview and very close to everything in Moncton- Avenir Centre , ball fields , hockey arenas and shopping. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay while I was doing my clinical at the hospital. Easy walk over there and in a good location of the city in general. Nice bachelor suite. All amenities I would have needed. It was great.

Great place to stay! Host was very accommodating, styling space. Huge tv, comfy bed. Nice shower. One of the nicest spaces I’ve stayed in, thanks for having us. I’d highly recommend this space to any other travellers in the area!

This place was a beautiful older home with a lot of charm and was very clean. We really enjoyed the closed-in veranda. The only comment I have is one of the beds was not as comfortable as the other two and was squeaky. Would work great for young kids but not great for two older adults. I would recommend this place to anyone.❤️

This is a clean, well-appointed basement apartment, with a comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure, and (I'm guessing) a 52-inch television. The Wi-Fi is great. The large couch has a pull-out option. The biggest plus for me: a really top-notch washer and dryer. (For the others, it was still the television ;P ) The bedroom and the living/kitchen area both have egress windows and this is an important detail. There is no standard-sized oven, but the kitchen has an array of other appliances to make up for this. David and Olu are excellent hosts and the value for the price is amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our staff loved the place, we will definitely book this listing again the next time we have an event in the Moncton area.

Beau séjour de 3 nuits en famille. L’endroit est calme et familial! J’ai apprécié les options pour les dodos avec les 3 chambres et le bureau qui offre aussi une place à dormir. Tellement plus agréable et spacieux qu’un hôtel!

I would highly recommend this location and booking with Kara! She was a great host who was very responsive and very accommodating. The place was very clean and was exactly as advertised. It was even decorated for the holidays which game it an at home-like feel. It was a great location for a large group with a large couch in the living room and a large dining table which could accommodate everyone in the group. If I’m ever looking in the area again, I would definitely go back!

Le logement est extrêmement propre,très bien équipé,bonne localisation pour plein de choses à découvrir aux environs et la cerise sur le gâteau est l'accès à une petite plage privée au fond du jardin ou on peut admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'océan. Vraiment un beau séjour !

Nice place for a short-term trip. I will suggest a blind curtain for a darker room at night for a light sleeper. 7 minutes walk to Starbucks and about 20 minutes walk to CCNB Overall good experience and good host

Our stay at this place was awesome. It was very clean and even better than what the pictures showed. my only issue was that it was hard to find the he unit i booked and clearer instructions on how to find it would make it perfect. I would definitely stay again

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’endroit! Le condo est très grand, les 2 salles de bains très pratiques pour 4 personnes. La vue est magnifique, les promenades sur le rivage étaient tellement agréables. L’endroit était tranquille et le voisinage agréable. Nous le recommandons!

Guillaume was always very quick to respond to any inquiries and very pleasant to deal with. He worked with us to find solutions to our particular needs. I would highly recommend him and his beautiful home. Waking up to a view of the beach is second to none.
