If you are looking for a home away from home come here. Free breakfast every day and jump into the pool after. They take care of you like your aunties and even have their own tailor where I got many bespoke linen trousers that I’ve always wanted. They have bikes free to rent which we used to cycle to the beach. Or you can walk 20mins into town, but the cars are super cheap. They will recommend lots of activities to do too. It was a special memory I will keep forever. If you want a gym, there are very cheap local gyms nearby we cycled too as well with incredible facilities and views of rice paddy fields. Would come back again, what a lovely family and super cute dog.

Great stay. We loved that they all were smiling and lovely each day. Pool was clean and refreshing. Walking distance to night markets and free use of bikes.

Kim’s place was wonderful - we were received with warmth, offered pick ups and drops from Da Nang for competitive fees, and given lots of good food and shopping recommendations. The old town and night market are very close. The room was perfect for us, with a lovely balcony with a view. It’s also very smartly laid out, and felt big enough for the 3 of us. The bathroom was really nice too. Complimentary filter coffee at the entrance added to it all. Overall the best place we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam, thank you so much Kim!

Eddy and Thao's place was lovely. And they were both so helpful with any requests or questions. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Perhaps a few more plates, cutlery etc would have been good, but there was everything I needed. Pool was excellent. The only downside was the location which didn't have a lot around it, restaurants etc. But it's basically essential to have a motorbike in Hoi An anyway so not a big deal. Can't recommend it highly enough. Will stay there again if I go back to Hoi An.

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! The apartment is exactly like shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and also entertaining when the local farmers lead their cattle and goats along the way. The location is half way between Da Nang City and Hoi An, so a good fit, if you like it more quiet and enjoy riding a scooter 20 min to either one of those two destinations. There is a local restaurant where they play loud music and karaoke in the evening (mostly on the weekends) but they finish latest around 10 pm. You can rent a scooter directly with the hotel staff which is comfortable.

This is by far my favorite go-to place whenever I visit Hoi An. I absolutely love this resort— I loved the pool, the private beach, the hammocks, and riding bikes around the beautiful property. Such a wonderful stay! And the apartment with the beautiful ocean view is just perfect. One of my favorite moments is enjoying a bath in the afternoon, with sunlight streaming into the bathroom—it’s truly relaxing. Also, regarding the host, Minh was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we had a great stay, and we really appreciated the free airport pick-up and drop-off. Thanks again—until next time!
