What an absolutely amazing place. Our family of 8 adults and 2 children had an incredible time together in this home. Everything, from the kitchen to the baths, from the beds to the living space were great. Attention to detail and absolutely clean home. Our host Jennifer was amazing as well. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. When storms were approaching, she reached out to let us know details about where flashlights would be in case of power outage. We had an overall wonderful time.

The house is amazing. We had a group of ladies, 8 of us. It was perfectly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean.

The place is definitely worth it. I didn’t find it far from downtown, and the area is very quiet and private. I always felt comfortable and at home.

Beautiful house super close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to Nashville. Modern amenities and comfy beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Gretchen’s home was perfect for our spring break with my teen daughters and my sister. Everything was very clean, in working order and comfortable. Gretchen was always responsive and offered great info regarding the area. I would not hesitate to book with Gretchen again.

This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!

This is my hometown and for the last 5 years we’ve couch surfed or got a hotel. It always made for a chaotic and exhausting trip. This was right in the middle of our families, plenty of space for the kids to decompress and gave us a nice reminder of country living! All for the same price as a hotel!

We stayed here for our son’s wedding at Ruskin Cave. Everything from booking to check in to check out was super smooth and easy. Travis gave clear instructions for everything, which made the process perfect. The home was beautiful and clean with peaceful, stunning views of the property around us. Even though a wedding weekend can be quite stressful, our stay was amazingly serene- a calm environment of home away from home amidst the chaos.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Stefani’s place! We have enjoyed every time and our children enjoy the space, particularly the pool table upstairs. We have appreciated Stefani’s flexibility with our stays as well! Thanks!

We stayed at the Charlotte bungalow this past week with our 4 children. It was an adorable little home with plenty of room for our 2 teens and 4 year old twins. The playhouse was perfect and the bedrooms were so spacious. It was the perfect little getaway while we visited with our family. Super easy to find and the house was clean and decorated so perfectly. Making this our go to when we do our yearly trips. Defiantly recommend staying here.

Had a pleasant stay! We were very comfortable and the kiddos really enjoyed the ping pong table and games. We wanted an affordable place to stay that was close enough to Nashville! Definitely better than a hotel and may even be cheaper!
