The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

We had an incredible stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. It looked exactly as shown in the photos, which was a huge plus. Alexis was a fantastic host-polite, professional, and very accommodating. We felt truly welcomed and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

wunderschönes Grundstück mit Meeres- und Bergblick und Infinitiv Pool. Abseits vom Tourismus und super liebe und vertrauensvolle Vermiter. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!!:)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Nikos. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, das Haus sehr groß mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Unsere Kinder waren sehr in den äußerst freundlichen Hund verliebt. Wir wurden freundlich von Nikos‘ Eltern empfangen, obwohl wir ungeplanterweise spät ankamen.

Virkelig dejlig bolig og pool. Vores andet ophold hos Nadia ❤️. Der er ikke meget at tage sig til i området, men vi var der for at slappe af og det er det ideelt/perfekt til. Blue Lake restauranten overfor er en virkelig skøn mad oplevelse! Parkering ved villa A er vanskelig, tricket er at køre ind med fronten, MEN oppefra! er der fyldt i de andre huse må man bakke op først (det kostede os en skramme at lære dette). Er bilen mindre end en Tipo er det sikkert ikke et problem.

Lithos House is a very modern place that is decorated to a very high standard, a beautiful home that we enjoyed very much! This is a very private haven, not overlooked by the neighbours, completely private, we loved staying here and everything you need is literally 5 mins walk away (restaurants, the beach, even a castle on a hill is the back drop to this lovely place!) We give a 5 star rating for this beautiful quiet home, we'd give 10 stars if we could, a fantastic place to stay that was clean and decorated to the highest standard! if we're ever in Nafpaktos again, definitely book this home! We are gonna miss staying here! *****(5 stars!) 😁

Great house, wonderful hosts, it was not too hot in the house even if outside was around 38C. We used a lot back yard, barbecue place... apsolutely grateful and happy to be there

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Αχιλλέα για 5 μέρες ήταν ιδανική. Από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπήκαμε, η αύρα του σπιτιού, η διακόσμηση, το όμορφο welcome kit που μας περίμενε, έδειχνε ένα πολύ φροντισμένο σπίτι, ένα σπίτι που οι ιδιοκτήτες του φρόντισαν την κάθε λεπτομέρεια για να κάνουν άνετη και όμορφη τη διαμονή μας. Το σπίτι ευρύχωρο, άνετο και πολύ λειτουργικό για μια οικογένεια με 2 μικρά παιδιά. Διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις και οτι μπορεί να χρειαστεί μια οικογένεια ακόμα και για διαμονή αρκετών ημερών. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με περπάτημα 5 λεπτών από την παραλία και παρόμοια απόσταση απο την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο δρόμος με τις ταβέρνες ο οποίος είναι ιδανικός για βόλτες απέχει απο το σπίτι γύρω στα 15 λεπτά. Μας άρεσε πολύ η ησυχία του σπιτιού, ο υπέροχος κήπος που μπορούσαν να παίξουν τα παιδιά καθώς και η δροσιά που είχε το βράδυ σε ιδιαίτερα ζεστή περίοδο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Αχχιλέα για τη διαμονή, θα ξαναγυρίσουμε σύντομα.

Zoe et Antonis sont des hôtes irréprochables: hyper réactifs, a l’écoute, très disponibles. Leur maison correspondait en tous points au descriptif . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’être accueillis: il y a avait des fruits, du pain, de l’ouzo et de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner. Ce qui est rare. La maison était parfaitement propre et très bien équipée: les amateurs de cuisine pourront officier sans souci! Monastiraki est un village très agréable, vivant et accauillant. La vie y est facile: un café supermarché permet d’à jeter le nécessaire et chaud elarin, des marchands de fruits et légumes passent dans le village. La Mer est toute proche, a 200 M a pied et les restaurants du village Proposent d’excellents poissons. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je remercie encore Zoé et Ànotons pour leur accueil.

Nous avons été accueillies par la maman de Nikiforos, elle a été aux petits soins avec nous, on a eu des spécialités locales en cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons un gros coup de cœur pour ce logement car c'était paisible, agréable et familial. On était triste de partir et on aimerait tellement déjà revenir😊 Ps: si on avait pu mettre 6 étoiles , on les aurait mises. Merci encore ❤️

Nous avons été très bien reçues. L'appartement était vraiment propre et confortable. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas seulement de la mer et des petits jolis restaurants. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation!

The house is amazing and the yard was beautiful and relaxing. I can't say enough good words about the pool and the endless hours my family and I spent swimming and playing games. The house is very modern but still comfortable and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and private. I look forward to coming again!

Stella’s garden cottage is really something special. It is full or personality with all the essentials that you would need for a perfect stay. The bed is very comfortable and shower has good pressure. You will need to put the hot water on about 30mins before you want to shower which was no hassle for us. Stella is a wonderful host and left us with lots of traditional Greek treats during our stay. We would recommend a stay here if you would like to experience a traditional Greek homestay!

Το σπίτι είναι παρα πολύ ωραίο και εξωτερικά και εσωτερικά . Καθαρό , περιποιημένο και έτοιμο να μας φιλοξενήσει . Οι ιδιοκτήτες υπέροχοι άνθρωποι , διακριτικοί και εξυπηρετικοί . Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και σε κάνει να βολεύεσαι όπως στο σπίτι σου . Μέχρι και Γραφειο διαθέτει , όποτε για τους πολυάσχολους όπως εγώ εφερα το λαπτοπ μου και στον λίγο ελεύθερο χρόνο έκανα και λίγη δουλίτσα ! Αν ξαναπάω στην περιοχή σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω και πάλι !

The place is very convenient and cozy! It has a private parking space too, which is very useful. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are big enough for a couple. Only minus, little far from shops as mentioned in the description, so a car is needed for sure.

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Ο κος Γιάννης και η κα Βασιλική ηταν γλυκυτατοι και διακριτικότατοι οικοδεσπότες! Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο, υπέροχα διακοσμημένο και απρόσμενα εξοπλισμένο. Πραγματικά, δεν λείπει τίποτα! Επίσης, απολαύσαμε την εκπληκτική θέα και την ηρεμία του τοπίου και του κήπου. Ευχαρίστως, θα επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον! Σας ευχαριστούμε για την ξεχωριστή φιλοξενία!!!

Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire et unique de la part de Christina. Une grande et belle maison nous attendait. Tout était comme affiché sur le site et plus encore. Superbement située la maison offre un confort remarquable. Notre hôtesse chaleureuse et généreuse a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour mémorable. Nous avons une petite panne électrique qui a été réglé extrêmement rapidement. Christina nous a offert des présents lors de notre départ. C’est une merveilleuse hôtesse.

My stay at John's place was very pleasant! The house had a big yard, which was very convenient for us as we had our dog with us! The house is big, comfortable and traditional in a very quiet neighborhood only 10min away from Egio. John was very kind and helpful! I highly recommend

We had a fabulous time at Christos’ place. I had visited Rio almost 20 years ago, so it was nostalgic to return and stay literally metres from the ocean and with a unobstructed view of the beautiful bridge. We had walking access to great food and services from 3 to 15minutes walk. The house itself was as described. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had equipment and utensils to cook with. The bathrooms and bedrooms were functional and the outdoor spaces were so nice to sit out and watch the sunset. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and maybe one day we will. Thank you Christos
