سعود مُضيف رائع و ودود ومتعاون للغاية ، يقدم المشوره ويشاركك افضل الاماكن في منطقته ، تقع شقة سعود في مكان متميز وبالقرب من اغلب الانشطه الترفيهيه وتتوافر كل الخدمات في نطاق الحي السُكاني ، الموقع فريد ومميز حيث يقع ملاصق لمحطة الباص الترددي وبالقرب من محطة القطار التي تقع على قرابة ال٢ كيلو متر ، مستوى النظافه وسرعة الرد والتجاوب كانت استثنائية، سيكون خياري الأول كلما أتيت الى الرياض.

Your room is excellent, very clean, beautiful, comfortable, and warmer than my own home. The room is beautiful and I like it very much. The owner of the room and the admin in the app are the best. If I need anything or ask for anything, they help me with everything very quickly. And I like the service of your accommodation. Most importantly, the price is not expensive, very cheap, and I want everyone to come and stay at this accommodation.

حى هادئ مبنى هادئ شقة نظيفة و جديدة ينقصها فقط غسالة ملابس

مسكن جميل ونظيف وشرح وغرف كثيره ومتوفر خدمات كامله الاماكن الحيوية قريب جدا المطار ٢٠ دقيقة المضيف ودود واخلاق عاليه سوف اكرر السكن مره أخرى

مسكن نظيف مرتب والاخ المضيف لطيف وسريع الاستجابة

It’s really a wonderful experience at SUCASA, I’ve felt relaxed and comfortable here,like at home. Connecting and sharing with friends here makes me feel like they are brothers and sister. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean. Thank you! I will back! And it’s worth to be recommend to friends!

What an amazing property and location 10/10. Moments away from Kingdom Arena, Boulevard, shops, everything you need literally at your doorstep. Would highly recommend and I would definitely be coming same place next time.

Very nice apartment on the 54 floor of Burj Rafal and sharing the same building with JW Marriott. Views of north Riyadh and surrounded by restaurants. Shopping close by and 20 minutes to the airport. Great place.
