We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, but only 5 minutes from a 24 hour grocery as well as gas. We were in town for an event and it’s very convenient (20 minutes) to the convention center and Sundance square. House was clean and had plenty of everything we needed. AC and fans worked really well. Bathrooms are both very spacious! The big yard and pool are an incredible bonus that we enjoyed! Paula was a great communicator when I had questions. We will stay here the next time we are in town.

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

Fred’s home was just what we were looking for. We had a minor hiccup with limited availability with the pool - it is not available from October to April - but Fred was very gracious in making it better. All in all, a good experience, especially thanks to Fred being a great, helpful, host.

I would definitely stay here again. The house is beautiful. Three floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, spacious kitchen, stocked kitchen, and stocked laundry room. Priyanka even has accommodations for babies and toddlers. Please pay attention to check-out time and house rules. Super close to downtown. Lyfts were less than $10.

Great host; spacious Airbnb; wonderful location; quiet neighborhood; very close to park…….no complaints, no negative feedback, a sure place to reserve on return visit. Henry was super easy to communicate with and definitely quick to respond to my questions or comments.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time! The location is very convenient; it is easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Martha was incredibly responsive and resolved one small issue we had on check in right away. She was very flexible with check in and check out as well, which we appreciated very much! Overall, we had a great weekend, felt very safe, and would definitely stay here again!

Gwen's place was perfect. It was located in a peaceful spot that was also close to everything I wanted. Th space was open and inviting and I loved the massage chair.

This was a beautiful apartment. Our stay was very short, beds and showers were in great shape and very comfortable.

Awesome location in the heart of Sundance Square! Walkable to great restaurants and shops, as well as to the train/bus station where you can get to DFW Airport or the Fort Worth Stockyards for just $2! Unit was clean and plenty of space for one person - would be great for a couple, or for two friends traveling together. Bedroom doesn’t have a window but common area has multiple windows and abundant natural light. Washer/dryer in unit was very helpful for a longer stay. Comfortable bed. The ventilation system is noisy as is the nightlife; bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Other tenants were friendly and helpful with regard to using the elevator and getting into the building. Overall, a good value for this area. Would stay again!

Overall a good stay, a bit hard to find at first but other than that it was fine

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

Love the place cozy and perfect environment

We came to Grapevine for a conference at the Embassy Suites hotel. This was a perfect location with easy access to everything! The apartment is so cute, inviting and comfortable. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, living area was cozy and kitchen was stocked. When we cone back to the Dallas area, we will stay here again!!! Wonderful place!!!

I had an amazing stay at Jenny place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect , yet still quiet and peaceful. Jenny was an excellent host, providing clear instructions, quick responses, and thoughtful touches The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making my stay stress-free. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

This house was PHENOMENAL!! We couldn’t believe we got to stay here- there was so much room, and it was gorgeously decorated!! We kept joking that it didn’t seem possible that someone had a house better than this that they would want to rent this one out!!

We stayed for 3 nights, we were 16 people and we had a great time, comfortable place, lots of inside/outside amenities. Lots of parking. Host was extremely accommodating, that we appreciated and comunicantes promptly. Having the horses close to the home is so much fun and makes the place feel like you are in very far away from the city when you are “in the city”. We had a great time.. we already tried to book it again but the days we needed are already booked!!!! It is easy to understand as the place is beautiful.

Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

RSB Living hosting our family was an amazing experience for our family. They have just an amazing beautiful home and our family truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely have RSB Living home the first on our list when we are in the area again.
