I really enjoyed the ice cold water and snacks that Amonzo left available to us after a long time on the road.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

The place was great! it is centrally located to restaurants and things to do. our place was on the back of the restaurant below, so the noise was no concern. pretty sure we were above the kitchen as the smell of the cooking and food lingered. it wasn't a issue for us though. the place is old. as mentioned. so therefore you do hear a lot of outside noises as well as any other guests in other rooms as well as above you. the area was clean, no concerns with that. the mattress is a little on the firm side , but that is no worry to me. I enjoyed our stay and appreciate tims recommendations on restaurants.

Transitioning to Memphis from ga for work this is a great place to stay for a week or maybe even extended periods of time quiet neighborhood and rarely ran into other guest it’s an old building expect the old house noises but all in all will definitely be booking again in the future

Very beautiful and clean home. Nice and peaceful, exactly as described. The owners are so nice and very responsive. The airport lost my luggage and the host was very helpful with making sure I had my personal needs so I can still shower and get fresh. I will definitely only choose this place when returning to Memphis!

I have admired the beautiful, stately homes on this street from the moment I saw them. Having the opportunity to stay in an apartment in one … who wouldn’t jump at the chance? This is my second stay in one of Mark & Fabricio’s properties. Just as before, they are the most welcoming hosts. The apartment was cozy, yet spacious enough to move around easily and hang out, so much nicer than a stuffy hotel room. I enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, listening to the peaceful sounds of the birds and the garden fountain. The apartment is half a block from the park and the zoo, and a short walk to Rhodes College. Mark and Fabricio are so knowledgeable about Memphis and they provide a wealth of information on restaurants, sight-seeing, etc. I particularly enjoyed reading about the history of the home and their renovation story. I highly recommend this apartment, or the bigger one, Lion’s Rest, next door.

The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. Tommy was so nice. He made sure everything was as it should be. He was worried we had not checked out and rather than be mean about it, he was so nice. It was just that my team left a car parked on the street and was coming back from it.

I’ve been to Airbnb’s all over the US and Europe and by far this was one of my favorites! Everything was perfect the location was close to all the attractions (most walkable) ! Very clean, quiet and roomy space. Spent two nights, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, right next to the National Civil Rights Museum. Christopher was very responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

This was my second stay.... And I love it! .... It's like my home away from home! This will be my spot every time I come back to my hometown of Memphis. I LOVE IT... I would like to ask that Andrew add a cherry on top of stay and add a floor length mirror so I could see my fashion ensembles when getting dressed...lol

I had an amazing time in Memphis during my stay, and this reservation made it better! I was near the FedEx Forum, Beale Street, and everything else that I needed access to. This was a great stay, super accessible location and exactly as pictured!

The location of the place was perfect for our trip. We could walk to many nearby attractions or take a short drive. Jason was easy to work with and kept us in the loop.

We will totally stay here again! Fairly close to everything. If you’re headed to the zoo, the museum, or a show, the location can’t be beat! The host is super responsive, and friendly, top notch as far as I’m concerned. Looking forward to next time! Thanks
