Ian was actively communicative and attentive to responding. It was very easy to find the location and was a beautiful a home. A great place to stay!

This place was very nice and very comfortable. Lot's of little thoughtful extras were there when we arrived....Water in the refrigerator, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo's, and even enough hangers in the closet. He stayed in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for 12 days and it was great for our stay.

Great stay, cute and comfy place to rest and relax. Darren is an amazing Host, super helpful and polite. Made it a breeze since booking to check out.

Our whole family had a great stay at Jo’s beautiful home! It was welcoming, clean and fun! The backyard was perfect for my dogs and the doggy door was their favorite! We loved the decor and amenities provided. The garage parking was nice too with a remote to open and close. Jo is an excellent host and was very accommodating with the check in time and even offering to turn off the morning sprinklers so the yard wouldn’t be wet for the dogs! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much :)

Clean, well equipped, fantastic pool & hot tub. Surrounded by mature plants giving it a private, resort like atmosphere. The house is adjacent to tons of great shopping & restaurants- so many options. 10/10 would rent again!

The house had just about everything we needed, the outdoor area was used quite a bit and we were nearby several of our frequented locations. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great time at the house. It was extremely clean and fit our family‘s needs to a T. The pool and bags set were great entertainment. The beds were very comfortable. Katie was a very accommodating host that communicated with great professionalism. We will definitely stay here again someday. Would recommend this house to anyone that would like a home away from home when visiting g Scottsdale.

Best vacation ever! We had a quick family getaway and couldn’t have asked for more. The pool and house were amazing, and we had so much fun connecting as a family. The home was perfectly set up with everything we needed, and Kate (host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. It beat all of our expectations and will absolutely book again if we are back in Scottsdale.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had such a cozy, homey vibe, you can tell it was thoughtfully designed with families in mind and we were impressed with the small child proofing details. We especially appreciated the layout, with the main suite separated from the other rooms by a hallway, which gave us adults some nice privacy. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and we had a blast using the garage gym and playing frisbee golf on the property. It was the perfect spot for a fun and comfortable family getaway. Highly recommend!

Kate's place was so clean and well kept. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the pool, which was heated to the perfect temperature, and the putting green. It was such a relaxing and lovely house to keep as "home base" while we explored Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and the surrounding area. Convenient to everything and in a nice neighborhood. We're lucky to have found this gem of a home there.

I wish all AirBnb hosts were as kind and accommodating as Katie! We had a longer stay and she was able to work with our flexible schedule. The space was even more beautiful in person and really felt like a cozy home. The location was so nice too and didn’t feel unsafe walking our dog around the area at night. We truly had such a wonderful time here!

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

Such a great stay close to downtown it’s in a loud neighborhood but can’t beat the location had a great sized yard and very cozy home, be sure to read description carefully because if you need a washer/dryer in the home you need to book the back unit as well for an additional price but overall a great stay cozy, newly reminded & clean!! Loved the back yard!

I had a fantastic stay in this cozy and intimate space. Brooke ensured that all my needs were met, making my experience truly enjoyable. It’s the perfect place for solo travelers and is conveniently located for exploring local attractions. Communication was excellent, with prompt updates and flexibility whenever it was needed. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially the binder of information that provided helpful tips about both my stay and the area. I will definitely return for my next trip.

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beautiful quiet and very clean. My dogs loved the back yard. Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood every morning. She loved it.

Four of us stayed 1 week, mainly to catch spring training games. There are some great restaurants you can walk to in the ummediate area. The neighborhood is modest but well worth walking through for the historic architecture. The house is spacious, clean, well-sppointed, and comes with all the necessary amenities. We used Waymo for our transportation which, along with the house rental, turned out to be a bargain. Would stay here again.
