Great location in Sunland. Very close to the Gorge Amphitheater. Comfortable place to stay with a gorgeous view! We were in the area for a concert at the Gorge and this place was perfect. Sunland even has a shuttle service that picks you up from the house and gets you to the Gorge and back after the concert. Very fun night. Thank you very much.

Lovely home with all the amenities we needed for our visit to the Othello Sandhill Crane Festival. Very close to the Potholes Reservoir and the Columbia NWR, two sites of the festival. We cooked all of our meals in the modern and well-stocked kitchen. I highly recommend Melissa's home.

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. Great in ground pool. Spacious house with everything you need. Hosts are great with communication. Peaceful neighborhood. Mattawa stores are about a 5 to 10 min drive away.

Wow! This place was amazing! Met all of our needs and the hosts were so great. We loved our stay and will be back!!

What an awesome weekend! We were lucky enough to score Charis's place for the Sturgill Simpson concert at the Gorge. It was SO much more convenient and nice than camping (we typically camp at the Terrace because we have a young child). Easy walk to the show and sleeping in a real bed with a roof over your head was incredible!! I should also say that "real bed" and "roof over your head" are selling Charis's place WAY short! Such a nice place to relax!! Incredible view of the Gorge out the front window. Kitchen has everything you could need to make delicious meals. All the furniture, including the beds, are incredibly comfy. After the show on Friday we spend Saturday watching football on the huge smart TV. We also spent ample time over the weekend enjoying the patio's, taking walks through the grounds, and enjoying Cave B winery. All in all a perfect weekend. Thanks so much!

The place was great overall! David was helpful throughout the stay and the house was so clean and well stocked with everything we could need. It is in a great location for the Moses Lake golf courses and we will definitely be back when we are in Moses Lake next! Thanks David!

This place is AWESOME. Exactly as described plus so much more. Beautiful views no matter where you look. The house is loaded with everything needed to fully relax. Very clean & with tons of amenities. We cooked & used the kitchen a lot. Very comfy beds. The heated floors were a sweet bonus with the cold weather! Both the indoor & outdoor fire pits were great & easy to use. For people bringing dogs, this is a great place! Concrete floors for ease of any clean up, lots of room, nearby walking trails, etc. The only thing is I’m sure when it’s more busy in the summer, there is not as much privacy if that is what you prefer! Other houses are right next to you & backyard spaces aren’t private. There is wine tasting & restaurants within almost walking distance, which we loved. And then obviously The Gorge only a short shuttle ride away. Such a cool place & the hosts were great if you had any questions. Will definitely be back! We loved it!
