This basement apt was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Denver when visiting my sister for the past 8 years. Private entrance, very clean, your own space. Big kitchen with 2 bedrooms. Beds were so COMFY!! I will for sure book this place again and again!!

Richard's place was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The area is great, Very close to City Park and many restaurants. I would stay again.

I booked with Mark & Danielle on a stressful trip to Denver to help family w/my father's emergency surgery. The ABNB is perfect upscale location with lots to do. I was impressed with the pics and description so I booked. Upon my arrival found the place to be just as described and depicted. It is a remarkable place, spacious 1 bedroom with separate living and kitchen area, huge screen TV for ESPN, nice nook area for Zoom meetings. Granite counters throughout and let me say the bath area is worth staying there alone. Way, way, better than a hotel any day. Upon check in I ran into Mark and he was very helpful to get me into the unit and friendly. I ran into Mark, Danielle and their daughter on another day, and let me say--super nice people, courteous, and very respectful. Easy to see why their ABNB is top notch! I sent my wife a video clip of the unit and she was rightfully jealous. Next time I come to Denver this will be my go to place. Thank you Mark& Danielle for hosting me!

Great place to stay and Tama was very nice and easy to coordinate with. The doggos are very nice. I only bumped into them once in the yard but no trouble at all. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Denver!

This spot is perfectly located in RINO. Very close to lots of local bars and also the downtown area. You can easily ride a lime scooter or take a short uber ride into the city. Parking on 29th and 30th street seemed to be the move because all the close parking is like 2hr parking but it’s a short walk so it’s not a big deal. Overall very nice stay!

Wonderful space in a great area for easy access to Tennyson St. Portia was a wonderful host, quick to respond and had an excellent list of local dining and beverage options printed as a local guide. Thoroughly enjoyed the space, aesthetics and location and would stay again.

This Airbnb was the most accommodating, clean and lovely space we have ever stayed in. From the kitchen (which had dozens of useful appliances, pans and seasonings) to the bathroom (stocked with good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and anything else you could need), we were so impressed with how much thought and effort had been put into guest comfort. The place itself was perfectly clean, very spacious and comfortable. The only potential downside is that, being in a basement, there obviously isn't a ton of natural light. The apartment more than makes up for it however! Can’t recommend enough. Thank you Sarah and family!

Such a quaint, cozy space! We absolutely loved the shower- the bathroom had two sinks! Lounge area was fun to hang out in; it’d be amazing if there was a TV but we just ended up watching shows on our iPad, no biggie! Parking was good, bed was comfy, and the mini fridge was clutch to have for some groceries and snacks.

Great weekend stay in Denver as a couple with my sister and a dog. Location was beautiful surroundings, little walkway connecting to trails at the end of the street.

First time in colorado and we stayed in this little home extension, it was really a nice place to chill and relax after being out all day exploring and hiking. The sauna and jacuzzi both functioned great and the place was clean

Kelly’s place was awesome. It looked just like the pictures. The beds were super comfortable and the host provided some snacks, which was unexpected and really appreciated. There was also a book with food recommendations so that’s also a plus if you don’t know the area. Would have love to hang out on that cute little patio but sadly the weather didn’t allow it. Would definitely recommend staying there :)

This place was really nicely located for everything we needed on our very short weekend trip. The price (especially compared to others close by) was really great. The space was just as it looks in the pictures. My literal only 3 complaints (still rating 5 stars though) was: 1) There is no climate control for the space (which is understandable) & they do provide a space heater & a fan, but the bathroom was SWELTERING. It snowed the first day we came in & then it was like 70s out the rest of the weekend so they swapped the heater off. I could very well have just messaged them but we were usually getting around quickly & weren't staying in the unit very long minus sleeping. 2) I left my hair dryer behind because this listing stated they had one for guests to use. There is one provided..but it doesn't work..so that was rough, but I managed! 3) The bed is not very comfortable. Other than that- I swear this space was perfect. Exactly what we needed at a great price. We felt safe, too.

Nicole and John were great hosts! This place was perfect for my week long stay vin Denver. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and larger than I expected. I loved the little sitting area when you enter as it was a separate space from the bedroom. The shared laundry and kitchenette worked perfectly, as well as the cute outdoor area. I highly recommend!

Definitely coming back for our next rip to Denver. The place is extremely comfortable. Lots of space to put your things away and feel at home. All the amenities, washer/dryer, quality soaps and shampoos. Great location, right by RiNo. Sharon is super sweet and helpful.

I stayed at Jessica and Brady’s Airbnb for a week and their basement apartment was very clean and meticulously decorated. Everything in the Airbnb was so well thought out; from books, games, cooking supplies/ utensils, to the laundry supplies provided. Jessica was also a great host. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs during our stay. I would recommend staying at this Airbnb if you plan on visiting Denver.

Great stay for a weekend, the place was clean and quiet and everything I needed for a landing pad.

This location was the perfect home away from home! The location was ideal, I was able to work seamlessly while away, and Kristen was an amazing host. She really stepped up when we had an unexpected snowstorm. I’d book this again if I had another long term stay in Denver.
