This hole was perfect for a girls trip- close to both the city and nature. Restaurants and stores are close by making grabbing food and essentials so easy. Nicole was an amazing host and provided so many resources. We will definitely book again if we are in the area! Thank you Nicole.

Great stay and hosts!! As others have said, it is a basement unit remodeled, but it was very very cozy and we had zero issues. It was also in a wonderful area, no weird crowds or anything. If it was warmer, we would've definitely walked around the area we were in. Great spot if you want to be near a ton of fantastic food and restaurants. Will definitely save this spot for future stays!

The place was wonderful and Skylar was so helpful with any question I had. Plus the added bonus of the hot tub and other amenities was very nice and well take care of. I absolutely recommend a stay here.

I stayed at Maren's place while preparing for my daughter's baby shower, and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was ideal for all the cooking I needed to do for the event—spacious enough for a few of us to prep together, and stocked with everything we needed. The whole Airbnb has such a happy, welcoming vibe. You can truly feel that someone cares about your comfort. Maren went above and beyond, leaving us thoughtful amenities. The home is beautifully decorated, and the outdoor space is just as lovely. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub every day—it was such a treat! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was so comfortable and worked so well for our stay. The lower level speakeasy space and theater area were the perfect spot for enjoying an evening in. The beds were very comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens, and lots of little extras like coffee and snacks that made our stay even better. The icing on the cake was the backyard outdoor space - lots of seating options and the hot tub was large and clean. The location itself is great - Arvada is full of everything you need and the Old Towne area has a bunch of great restaurants. You are also close to downtown and Morrison for a show at Red Rocks. We also easily did a quick mid-day visit to Boulder. Brandon was a very welcoming host and I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Denver area!

Amazing mountain escape and absolutely beautiful property. The A-frame is well appointed and great amenities. The property is extremely comfy with great bedding and fully stocked kitchen. The highlight of the property is a hot tub. The host is amazing with great communication. Highly recommend this property for family, couples, or solos - absolutely wonderful!

This place is a gem— the views are just wildly good from every room. The windows allow you to watch the sun and moon move across the sky, and the trails are spectacular. It’s worth knowing before you book: the homeowners are fastidious and require some hoops to jump through, including asking for financial information off-platform in an unsecured document, and signing a legal form that allows them to charge you at-will for anything they see fit to. We had no assessed fees ourselves, but the threat of them was very prevalent. Do take them at their words they wrote in their own listing— they are, in fact, “OCD” about their Airbnb cabin.

Such a beautiful place! The house is very comfortable and the decor is subtle and cute. Anything you could need was available in the house. The view is amazing! The hot tub was clean and we really enjoyed sitting in it during the snow storm that hit. The beds were so incredibly comfortable!! We will definitely be keeping this home in our favorites!! Beautifully crafted home nestled in the woods. So much attention to detail and care. Simply lovely, quaint and perfect!

This was the perfect home base for our several day mountain getaway! Yvonne was very flexible with allowing us an early check in to beat the snow storm on our arrival day. It was an easy drive to spend a day in Boulder and to get to a few great local hikes! We would absolutely come back to stay again!

The cabin was exactly as shown in photos and as described. The hot tub was wonderfully clean and the kitchen was well stocked and even included some spices and cooking oil, which we appreciated. Bonuses were the movie and music selection, as well as being very easy to find and gain entry. We would totally come back for another stay if given the opportunity!

Just an absolute gem of a place. You know the rental is great when everyone in your group says they wish they had more time there. We are already talking about when we can come back to stay here again!
