Perfectly located 1 bedroom with full kitchen with most all cookware to make your own food, coffee maker, , microwave. Washer and dryer, full size fridge with ice maker. Cleaned and sterilized for your comfort and protection. City park with walking trails and nice Boat ramp available 100 yards away with parking for a small daily fee. Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
