Walk a few minutes down to our private beach where you can play in the sand strip, beachcomb for geoducks, crabs and starfish , watch sea life or use the firepits. Explore the lakes, golf courses, trails, or walk to Bowser Village. Hike the old growth forest beside a creek right across from our cabin! In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Purple Door Cabin

Our cozy guest cabin is nestled in the forest a five minute walk to the beach & near mountain biking trails. Dine Al fresco on the large patio! Access to the outdoor jacuzzi. Terrycloth robes supplied. Well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge, convection oven, hotplate, microwave, grinder, coffee maker & outdoor propane BBQ. Indoor shower. Eco friendly Sun-Mar composting toilet in a separate building. There is a wall mounted Monitor (no cable) to connect to your devices.

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.

This cozy and ultra comfortable beach house is within day-trip distance to all Vancouver Island has to offer. *HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. The cottage offers TV, laundry, wifi, and self check-in. Hike or bike the Alberni Valley's recreational trails, visit Stamp Falls Provincial park (just across the road), or take a day trip to Tofino and Ucluelet.
