Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

Relax in this centenarian, charming home that sits next to a gorgeous magnolia tree overlooking a spacious corner. Just a short walking distance from the historical downtown Main Street in Denison to visit all of the local pubs, restaurants, and shops. In the summers, take a small 17 mile drive to Lake Texoma to cool off. There is plenty of parking to bring your boat. On the other side of the river is Choctaw Casino and Resort. Unwind by a nice firepit in the backyard with friends and family.

Our pet friendly cottage allows space for your fur friend in our dog enclosure complete with shade from the pecan tree. You’ll enjoy our arcade gaming corner, outdoor seating, and close proximity to Lake Texoma. Make sure to take a stroll downtown on Main St. for local shopping and dining.

You are typically greeted by our crew of curious doggies, nosy alpacas and chickens. All in hopes of attention or scraps! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the pool or explore downtown. We are a NON SOKING Property! Our guest house is completely updated and ready to accommodate guests for work, family or a couple’s getaway. We look forward to your stay.
