We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

We were visiting family nearby and this was an ideal place to stay. It's a great location, looking out towards the dunes, 2 minute walk to the beach. Lynne was so lovely and helpful, would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Church Walks. The property was exactly as described, spacious and well laid out, we were able to relax after fun days out around Gwynedd and Conwy. Clear instruction on how everything works and some good recommendations for what to do in the area. Llandudno itself is a beautiful Victorian seaside town, with lots of places to eat and drink. The property is located in a quiet spot but still with easy walking distance of the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Haydn's flat. The place was very warm and clean with everything you need, home from home. Great shower! We enjoyed being at the quieter end of Llandudno, about a 25 minute flat walk from the pier which gave us time to walk off our meals! Plenty of eateries in the area, can recommend Carlos, Blue Elephant and The Goat. I couldn't quite find the flat at first as my satnav took me to the corner opposite, but Haydn was very quick to help me out. Place was nice and quiet with a corner shop and a Co-op nearby. We had a lovely stay at Jon's place. It was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Jon was very responsive and sent great instructions. The location is great for exploring North Wales, and walking distance from the pier and some good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen. Great garden for dogs , fully secure. Beds hire comfy, good quality WiFi and Sky TV

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! Perfect for a little family getaway! We will certainly be back; hopefully for longer as a weekend just wasn't long enough!

Amazing location to switch off and relax. The place is pretty basic which is fine but it needs a bit of TLC. Would be great to have the wood at the house and not having to ask for it all the time. Worth visiting for sure for the location and views/walk around the private estate.

A beautiful home with everything you need. Spotless everywhere. Comfortable beds with cosy bedding, fluffy towels and comfy sofa with a huge tv. Michael and Katie were very responsive to messages and they left clear instructions. The house heats up really quickly and it is so cosy. Peaceful neighbourhood close to everything you need. Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

Super place for our short visit to Prestatyn. Extremely clean and well presented, and Louise was extremely responsive and accommodating.

We had another wonderful stay at Chris”s place. We have stayed here several times now. Chris is a fantastic host, always available if needed but never intrusive. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need, and more. Chris is very thoughtful and leaves lots of extras, much more than you would expect. The location is great, near the beach and wooded walks and a short drive from shops and supermarkets. There is also a tearoom, takeaway and two pubs a short walk away. We would highly recommend Chris’s place, and will be back.

We loved Janet’s apartment! It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. We also appreciated the cereals, local chocolate and the bottle of prosecco left out for us! The apartment is in a fantastic location, a minute's walk from the Marine Lake and promenade, and also from the main street with a wide range of cafés and restaurants. A great base for visiting the many sights on the Wirral! Thanks for your hospitality, Janet!

Lovely little flat with just all the basics for a short stay. Walking distance to plenty of shops and nice restaurants. Only stayed for one night but was perfect for what I wanted (shower eat sleep and head home the next day) easy to find and very clear instructions from host and clear instructions inside regarding bins WiFi ect. Had a small issue with the shower draining but other than that no complaints. Handy little yard form my dog through a door in the bedroom.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Great stay with friends at this lovely apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and for exploring North West Wales. Apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good base in the area.

Comfortable apartment in a great location - 5 minutes from beach and seafront with plenty of restaurants (downhill - not a problem for us but east to drive and park if necessary.) . Really appreciated the thought that had gone into making guests’ stays special with lots of thoughtful extras, including fantastic welcome hamper. Thank you! Much appreciated after a long drive on a bank holiday. Very comfortable beds- had a great night’s sleep; appreciated the music themed decor! Will definitely visit again.

we've stayed at Alyson's place a few times. The apartment is always lovely and clean, alyson is always there to meet you and is flexible with check-in, if the apartment is ready before the check-in time. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely flat in great location - 5 mins from shops, station and the sea. Had all necessary requirements for 2 of us to stay in comfort. Plenty of hot water constantly. Kitchen equipped beyond normal expectations and with lovely fixtures and fittings. Lynn was very helpful letting us check in early and leave late and left us a lovely vase of flowers and a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. All in all a great stay. Thanks you Lynn

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment over Easter. We had a wonderful time exploring North Wales. The apartment was well equipped, clean and very homely. Would definitely recommend !
