Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay celebrating my birthday and catching up with friends. The location was awesome, very tranquil and peaceful, the house itself had ample room for the four of us and everything catered for. We spent Saturday walking in the nearby Clwydian Range (Moel y Gamelin circular route), and what better way to ease achy legs, was the hot tub and a few relaxing beers. If you're looking for a very relaxing getaway, this is a place for you. we would definitely visit again. Diolch Iola

Perfect weekend away! The cottage was exactly as described. Was clean and very spacious! There was complimentary Welsh cakes with jam and milk in the fridge which are lovely touches! Views were breathtaking! Martin was so friendly. Was there when I arrived and welcomed me in and gave me some tips on the local town! Overall lovely experience. Would definitely book again!

Had a beautiful few days at The Barn in Trelawnyd. Paul and his family were great hosts. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, our little Cavapoochon was in heaven with the enormous grounds and private wooded area. Highly recommend! 😀

Absolutely Wonderful!! The cottage’s are BEAUTIFUL😍 and the hosts Steve and Gu are so welcoming and very helpful with anything you need or anywhere you plan on going whilst staying at the cottage’s. The cottage’s are beautifully structured in stone with everything you would dream of from the amazing farm animals to the hot tub and tennis courts. The cottages have everything you need whilst visiting the beautiful Wales. We really enjoyed our stay at Bryan Melyn Farm it really was everything we could’ve hoped for and we will definitely be back again. Thank You Steve and Gu we can’t wait to get back there again! ❤️

If you are looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by amazing views, then Rhians place is perfect for that. Fully off the beaten track yet only 10 mins drive from Bala with all its shops, cafes and outdoor sports. The Old Barn is basic but you have everything you need for a comfortable stay

The Old Mill is in a lovely setting and the surrounding countryside offers masses of outdoor enjoyment. It was wonderful to be able to walk the dog off lead practically from the door. The nearby pubs were great. Liz and everyone we encountered were helpful and friendly. Liz and her husband sorted small problems quickly. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely 2 night stay over new year with our little dog, Steve and Gu are lovely friendly welcoming hosts matched by the lovely cottage we will definitely visit again!

Stayed here with my parents, wife and little girl (3) and we loved it. Lots of space for everyone to get comfy. Big kitchen where we could prepare food. Parking for 2 big cars out back. We liked it because it had so much character and felt a bit ‘out of the way’. I actually don’t know what is local to the cottage as we were content to spend the evenings inside. Elizabeth and her family were very welcoming and helpful while maintaining our space and privacy. Great hosts.

We had an amazing stay for my partners 30th. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Robin and Lois were really friendly and super easy to communicate with. We enjoyed climbing Snowdon and the hot tub afterwards with sunset views was a great touch. We visited the old stag pub twice for dinner (3 min drive) which served delicious food at great value for money. Another great restaurant was the hangin pizzeria in Bets-y-coed, where we also took a long walk with waterfall views. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who asks.

Lovely weekend stay. Spacious property with plenty of bathrooms. Beds in twin rooms perhaps more suitable for child guests oppose to adults. Responsive and friendly host.

Our stay at Lucy's property was exactly what we'd hoped for. The property was exactly as described and spotless. The kitchen is well equipped, the wood burner is a great feature and the hot tub is a real bonus. The rural location is magic, with some great walks nearby and Shrewsbury about 30 mins drive. Lucy is a brilliant host, responsive and attentive without being intrusive. It was a fab experience all round.

Great location, superb grounds and a lovely and homely barn! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for all. The property itself is immaculate and felt very homely. Nancy accommodated our party tremendously and went the extra mile to ensure our children (2 & 4) were looked after. Jane’s flat proved to be an utterly delightful sanctuary, ideal for a tranquil escape. The location was simply idyllic, affording sweeping, panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It was finished to an exceptionally high standard, boasting everything from state-of-the-art ventilation to luxurious underfloor heating, and maintained with impeccable cleanliness throughout. Jane’s generosity was particularly noteworthy; she had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with a selection of complimentary treats, which was most appreciated. Although Jane and her family reside adjacent to the flat, my privacy was entirely respected, and they were unfailingly discreet. At the same time, Jane was wonderfully helpful in recommending charming local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay.A particular highlight was Jane’s enchanting garden. It was a veritable haven, brimming with vibrant flowers alongside with melodious birds song. All in all it was just a perfection! Thank you, Jane!

We had such a wonderful stay! Helen and Tony are absolutely lovely—so friendly, caring, and welcoming. The cottage itself is beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything you could possibly need. It’s also spacious—big, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, and the fact that you live on a farm with horses and birds around adds such a peaceful, magical touch. It’s the perfect spot for both relaxing and exploring. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

Amanda's place is a great location for the coastal path, bus services are really good for travelling along the North Wales Coast. A lovely location, unfortunately there are no restaurants or pubs serving food, but the bus took us to Prestatyn where we had a great curry. Amanda's place had everything you need for a great stay

Very well equipped house in a great location. Tons of space in the bedrooms, with a great kitchen/dining space and a nice area outside to sit in the evening and enjoy the great views. We will be back!

My four-day stay in a beautiful and quiet cottage with a jacuzzi was a true feast for the senses and a perfect way to escape from everyday life. Right from the start, when I arrived at the cottage, I was welcomed by a picturesque landscape and the lovely owner, Suzy, who gave us a tour of the house. One of the biggest advantages of this place was the jacuzzi. After a long day spent exploring the area, relaxing in the warm water was a true luxury. I will definitely return in the future! 👍

Had a fantastic stay. Toby was a great host and very welcoming. The grounds are lovely and the sauna was amazing. We really enjoyed the home theatre and projector in the evenings. Great facilities and incredible views. The private boat lake was amazing as well. Couldn't have chosen a better place for us. It was perfect.

We stayed with our friends at Alison’s and Dan’s stunning property. They are both warm and friendly hosts and are super helpful. Their property is located in peaceful and relaxing surroundings and is perfectly located to explore the countryside. Overall we had a fabulous stay and we look forward to visiting again!
