This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Osman bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi, ufak birkaç sorunun çözümü için elinden geleni yaptı ve eksikleri giderdi. Çok anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı birisi. Ev köyün merkezinde ve her yere çok yakın bir konumda, tasarım olarak çok kullanışlı bir ev. Evde ihtiyaç olan her şey bulunmaktaydı, herhangi bir eksiklik hissetmedik. Bir hafta boyunca çok güzel zaman geçirdik ve bizim için çok güzel bir tatil oldu. Yeniden gelirsek tekrar Osman bey’in evlerinden birinde konaklamayı düşünürüz, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Ayrıca yaptığı jestler için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

It was an amazing place to stay. Very good location, close to the center. Clean and large rooms, more than my expectations to be honest. Vahit is kind, responsive and helpful, thank you for the hospitality 🤘😎

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

Hasan and his lovely family were great hosts! The house is amazing and had everything we needed. Felt right at home. Very beautiful with great view. Super clean and comfortable. Our kid had lots of fun in the pool and garden. We plan to go back and highly recommend it.

Cheap and fresh apart hotel. Great for a short stay.

Die Unterkunft selbst war äußerst sauber und wunderschön ausgestattet. Sie liegt perfekt für Familien, die eine private und ruhige Umgebung suchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool, der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde. Zudem sind zahlreiche Attraktionen, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem erreichbar. Sport- und Freizeitaktivitäten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

The home was very well equipped and even better than the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Mr. Huseyin was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for everything—we had a great experience!

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

Eine schöne, ruhige Wohnung in einem Reihenhaus Anlage etwas abseits von dem Touristen Trummel . Von der Wohnung im oberen Stock, schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un attico in questo residence con piscina, situato in una zona tranquilla. Soggiorno bello e confortevole. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

Der Blick vom Balkon der oberen Etage über die Bucht, kleine Inseln und die Küste ist einfach atemberaubend. Dort könnte man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Für eine Abkühlung bietet sich der sehr schöne, große und saubere Pool an. Sehr von Vorteil ist natürlich, dass man das Auto direkt vor dem Apartmenthaus parken kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Keine bellenden Hunde, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Man kann sich wirklich erholen. Gleichzeit fährt man nur fünf Minuten nach Kaş und auch alle anderen Ziele in der Umgebung sind sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen können wir wärmstens den Supermarkt Muhtar empfehlen. Das Sortiment ist riesig, fast schon ein kleines Kaufhaus.

A lovely little lodge, perfect to relax in the peaceful surroundings. There are 3 matching lodges each with their own pool, and we were lucky to stay while the others were empty so it was quiet and private. The surrounding area feels like it is not quite finished, but there was no work going on during our stay so it was not a problem. The lodge is sweet but would not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues due to the stairs, but I think this is clear from the listing and it was perfect for us. The kitchen facilities were just enough for 2 guests. We had powercuts on arrival and departure days which were inconvenient as we arrived in darkness, and the powercut on the last day meant we couldn't use wifi or make a coffee. Hüseyin is very responsive to questions, and he suggested a car hire company which we used. I don't think we would have managed without the car as it is a remote location and we don't speak Turkish so arranging taxis would have been impossible.

Logement absolument incroyable ! Nous avons passé 10 jours magiques, logement propre, hôte réactif et à l’écoute. Le seul petit bémol est que la piscine est très froide, tolérable quand il fait très chaud mais quand le soleil n’est pas là difficile d’apprécier nager, mais ça rafraîchit ! Les couchers de soleil ont été la cerise sur le gâteau, je ne peux que recommender. Et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Konaklamamız son derece keyifli geçti. Son derece geniş odaları ve ortak yaşam alanları mevcuttu. Her odanın kendine ait banyosu olması son derece konforluydu. Ev tarafımıza gayet temiz teslim edildi. Akşam yemekleri dahil genelde keyifli bahçesinde zaman geçirdik. Yaz aylarında havuz kullanımı ile çok daha hoş zaman geçirilecektir.
