The 2nd floor has 2 bdrms (1 queen room & 1 with full & twin), a beautiful ceramic tiled bathroom, walk in shower & claw foot tub. All linens, lots of extra pillows & blankets. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! The Delta Nest is quiet, secure and easily accessible right off the sidewalk. Location is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, deli and grocery store. Pull through parking at the side of building for boats, campers or trailers and plenty of parking spaces in the front of building.
