We loved our stay! Never had an issue with finding parking and we had two cars for most of the stay. We did hear a lot of sirens at night, which made the first night hard for our kids to fall asleep (it was a Saturday night and was probably mostly jet lag), but it never bothered us the rest of the time!

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Anne's placed worked great for our family. Convenient for walking to area restaurants etc. Nice layout including an open kitchen area with a large dining table for meals and playing games. Townhouse had an amazing view of the city from the 3rd floor and the rooftop!

Was a beautiful places to stay at for two weeks, had cottage vibe. Stairs were small but it was worthy it because it had such a homey vibe. And felt nice to come back to.

Sean’s place was perfect for our short stay in Philadelphia. The house is exactly as described, has everything you might need. It is located in a peaceful street but still within 30 min of walkable distance to all of the attractions. Plenty of nice restaurants and cute shops. Street parking isn’t very easy but it’s also not bad. You can always find street parking nearby if you search and there are parking lots within 10 min walk. Sean was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and was very easy to communicate with. We also found 2 bottles of water in each room and some snacks in the kitchen which I thought was very thoughtful. I totally recommend Sean’s place!

The stay was really nice! Not far from the most important parts of the city we really did everything on foot ! We had a problem with the door for the 2nd night and she was really responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything !🙏☀️

Good location- within walking distance to many amenities, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay. plenty of room, very well stocked.

I really enjoyed staying at Tuan's place, it was easy to find and super clean. We arrived on an early flight and Taun allowed us to check in a few hours early at noon extra charge. I definitely be staying here again when next in Philadelphia.

Great location adjacent to Rittenhouse Square! This property is walkable to so many awesome restaurants and shops. And it worked perfectly for our multi-generational family trip. One nice thing about the house is that all the light switches are labeled. I LOVE that! (I hate having to flick everything off and on to see what they control.) Owners were very responsive when I had questions. And they were the most proactive communicators of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great checkin instructions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

If you have the chance, stay here! Easy to move around the city, very comfortable and clean, the space was designed beautifully, and friendly and accommodating hosts.

Lucy’s place was great for a short trip for one, clean, quiet, easy to get into, good amenities, great location.

My two school-age kids and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Anne and Ariel's historic row house, on a beautiful tree-lined lane right off of South Street. The location is ideal: very walkable and close to tons of good restaurants as well as treasures like the Magic Gardens and the Queen & Rook Game Cafe—and yet, despite being in the middle of everything, it also feels peaceful, quiet, tucked-away. The house is perfectly cozy with a great kitchen and a private garage; check-in and check-out are super-easy and we got some terrific restaurant recommendations. We loved our week in Philly and we'd stay at Anne and Ariel's again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This is our second stay at this Airbnb. Jordan is a great host and puts a lot of time care into this row house to make it unique and welcoming. It is on a lovely, quiet street walking distance to many great restaurants and grocery stores. This is a wonderful place to stay in a great location, we will come back again.

4 bedrooms and 4 baths worked perfectly for our group. Well equipped kitchen. Street parking is a bit of a hassle , so it is good to find a parking spot and use Uber. Especially great at frequent communications.

We had a fantastic stay in Philadelphia! Eric was an outstanding host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and quick to communicate from start to finish. He really went above and beyond, providing city guides with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do. It made planning our trip so much easier. The house itself was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Access was simple with the key pad, and the location couldn’t have been better: tucked away on an adorable, quiet street but just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and all the historic sites. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Parag is very responsive and friendly. Her condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. This was our second visit and we always feel at home at her place. Everything about our stay was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks that were left for us. It’s also a nice area and centrally located.

Cozy little townhouse. Excellent location for exploring the art museums! We stayed 5 days in Feb 2025. Walk everywhere from here! 50 feet from the front door & you can see the PMOA about 3 blocks away. Walk 1 mile down large main roads to the Rodin & Barnes. 2 miles gets you to downtown. Safe area. I checked on that before booking. We were out late and always felt safe. It's the type of neighborhood with lots of young single people walking dogs & jogging. Many cool bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. I was very surprised at how peaceful it was. Only thing I heard at night was train whistles. The house only shares 1 wall, and I never heard or saw those neighbors. Parking is tough in that area but the city lot next to the Eastern State Penn was only a 10 min walk and you can pay for multiple days on the Parkwhiz app. $30 per day and a 10 min walk was well worth it for peace of mind. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

The place is clean, charming and beautifully decorated. In warm weather, there's a cute small back area where it would be nice to sit. A well appointed kitchen made it a pleasure to have meals there -- we made some and took out once and knew we'd enjoy dining there more than the restaurant on a cold night. Easy street parking. Safe area. Short walk to the main street and a modest drive to area activities and sights. This was our second stay and we may well return!

Marina was a fantastic host, with the listing matching the stay perfectly and all the amenities present. We loved the design and usability of the space and really enjoyed our stay!
