My friends and I did a weekend trip to Philly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable as well. I was worried about the parking because of previous reviews however, it’s extremely easy to locate and find, if you follow the instructions provided by the owner. They added pictures on all the check in steps which is extremely helpful. The hosts are extremely responsive as well! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The unit looks just like the pictures. The property’s condition shows as an Airbnb. In the sense of previous damage that occurred by previous guests is visible. For any incoming guests, your expectation should be what you pay for.

We had such a lovely stay at Beth and Jon's place--terrific location right in the middle of everything, easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, coffee shop nearby, super clean and comfortable, and nice aesthetic touches that made the space fun to be in. And the beds were so comfortable! Beth and Jon were also quickly responsive and available if need be, which I really appreciate in hosts. Thank you so much, it was a great stay and we'd definitely stay again!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

A really interesting setup. A lot of small apartments in a large building with shared spaces like gym and game room. Downtown Philly, walking distance to the Art Museum. The area was a little congested and noisy, but that was par for the central location. We parked once and walked or Ubered.

Brendan was a great host. Super responsive and flexible with the check in time. Everything was as described and will definitely stay again. Thanks Brendan!

Richard was very responsive - literally real-time responses to all of our needs. We had a quirk with the Wifi that Richard remedied within minutes. The unit is new, very clean and had everything we needed. Access to the property was very simple and all instructions were clearly stated before our arrival. Although we were not in the unit much, we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Place was lovely and very private. Easy access to the room. Free parking was good for the area just make sure you follow directions as told to get to the main building.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was easy to check in and out, instructions were very clear, and Beth was very responsive when I had questions. I liked the area because of how convenient it was. when I wanted to go grocery shopping there were three different groceries stores right next to the building(Target, Giant, and Sprouts). I didn't have to travel far to get the stuff I needed. It was a nice place to retreat to after traversing the busy city all day. The building has a pretty big gym in the basement that I liked using to keep up with my morning jogs. The only thing that concerned me at first was a faint smell in the apartment. It wasn't a really bad smell it was more like a stagnant smell that went away when I opened a windows and sprayed some fabreez. Other than that I had a nice and comfortable stay at this Airbnb.

Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Thomas’s place is excellent and right in that heart of Philadelphia life. The view of the city skyline is amazing. Proximity to downtown was great. Accommodations are awesome and he provides all the little details. Highly recommended.
