This is my favorite neighborhood in Atlanta & right next to my other favorite, Inman Park! There’s a sweet little cat who lives and hangs on the patio deck, which was lovely to sit out on. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is huge. Also the hosts are very responsive and attentive. I was a little worried about being right above someone, but they did a great job of making it private and separated.

Danielle is a great host. Responsive, accommodative, and thorough. Will be rebooking.

The perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit. We would love to stay here again.

This property is an absolute gem! It felt much larger than the photos suggested, yet still incredibly cozy. The quiet and solitude gave it a wonderful cabin-like feel, making it the perfect spot for my annual end-of-year planning retreat. If you're looking for a peaceful and inspiring space to relax and reflect, this is it. Highly recommended!

Bruce is a very polite and responsive host. the place is at the back of his property, upper floor, with very convenient off street parking. The house sits on a peaceful, well maintained street, very walkable, just a few blocks from downtown Decatur. The place is clean. The furniture is a bit outdated and the pieces a bit mismatched, but they do the job.

This is a great option to explore Atlanta’s growing suburbs and be within distance of the city. Very private in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with access to a huge backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the rental. Very clean and located in a nice area. Host was very helpful. She sent a list of recommendations that was in the area and was very quick with responding to the questions that I had and was very prompt with coming on site to help when needed! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! We were never bothered by the hosts, and they seem to have put a great deal of effort into making the basement area into its own little apartment. Unbeatable for the price, and the Crowne Hotel is a 10 minute walk, which was perfect for me because I was attending an event that was there. Thanks!

This was our home during the last 4 months!! We had a wonderful stay. Melissa and Adam were extremely kind and very good hosts. The communication was fluid and they were very helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for long stays. The mattress was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the arounds, the restaurants, the nature… It is a nice and safe neighborhood. Definitely, it was a very good choice. We are very grateful. Looking forward to going back someday!! :D

This place was so clean and tidy, the hosts were very proactive and clear with their communication, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is hard to beat with several restaurants and bars within walkable distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

I love that Luisa was so hyped to have us stay her place. When hosts are friendly, sweet, responsive, and so enthusiasm I always love that. The place smelled AMAZING and was so cute because of how simple and cozy it was. This place is ideal for singles or two individuals only. They have games you can play, snacks, and other cute little amenities. The bed was super comfy to me and I loved the walk in shower. I would definitely stay again for sure! They are situated near a school and that made me feel like I was staying in a neighborhood where everyone looks out for each other. They are right off i-20 about 10nins from downtown atl which was very convenient because i-20 is probably the only interstate that's not drowing with traffic all the time.

What an amazing place Laterrica has here - the amenities at the apartment complex were so great, it was hard to leave to explore all of the wonderful offerings just outside the door. Highly recommend!
