In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Perfect place for a family with kids. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this to everyone! George was a wonderful host, very helpful. The house had everything you need and Messogi and is great too!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Kostas was an exceptional host—warmhearted, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He greeted our fairly large group of 22 people, including 10 children aged 2 to 12, with genuine hospitality. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—at no point did we feel we were lacking anything. It was impeccably clean, and every detail in the interior felt carefully chosen, with a lovely respect for tradition. We especially appreciated the attentive hosting, the stunning terrace and garden, and the direct access to a charming little beach a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful, home-like experience in a very child-friendly setting and magnificent landscape. Highly recommended!

Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, εύκολο parking (αφήσαμε το όχημα ακριβώς από κάτω) και με ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα από τα δεξιά του. Το επισκεφτήκαμε Μάρτιο οπότε δεν μπορέσαμε να χαρούμε στις extra παροχές που προσφέρονται τους ζεστούς μήνες χωρίς αυτο να αφαιρεί κατι απο την εμπειρία. Το μεγάλο του σαλόνι επί της εποπτείας της Πυθίας προσφέρεται για μεγάλη παρέα και τα δωμάτιά του, μεγάλα και φωτεινά, για ήσυχη ανάπαυση. Η εξυπηρετιση ήταν άμεση σε ότι χρειαστείκαμε και η υποδοχή ο ορισμός της ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα κ. Παναγιώτη και θα τα ξαναπούμε ευκαιρίας δοθείσης.

A lovely little house overlooking Alyki. We loved the views from the terraces and the wood burning stove kept us warm during some of the colder evenings.

Beautiful, peaceful and really fun. This is a wonderful place for a holiday with children as you are right on the beach in a perfect, shallow cove, away from any road. The kayaks add lots of fun.

We had an incredible week at Nikos place - really peaceful and stunning views. Enjoyed walking to the marina, beaches and restaurants and using the kayak and jetty. Quite a walk (and some uphills) with our bags so worth bearing in mind for future guests. Boat to take you to mainland was €2 each and came once an hour and locals were all really friendly.

Lovely host and lovey house, very special to have the sea on your doorstep and be able to swim from your own little beach. Gorgeous sunrises. A perfect place for rest and relaxation. Thank you for sharing Terry
